An obvious failure point was a lack of viewpoint diversity, with no non-woke profs or admins to call out the delusion. The more serious one is threats of punishment of critics: anyone who point out the obvious is smeared as a racist, ableist, and abettor of suicide (in this case, also police visits & barracuda libel lawyers).
