Solar energy is a clean, renewable energy source that will help NS transition to a green economy. The @Town_Berwick’s community-led work in this area will have benefits for the people of Berwick, our provincial economy & Nova Scotia’s environment.

We have now raised almost $20,000 that will be used to stand up for the solar industry in Nova Scotia. We will be discussing the concerns of our members with @nspowerinc CEO Peter Gregg today. We will be communicating our resolve to ensure a bright future for the solar in NS.
The solar industry in Nova Scotia is primarily small businesses that don't have the legal support or resources of @nspowerinc. We have established a Gofundme to ensure installers will be fairly represented at the upcoming @NSUARB hearings. Please share!

Our corporate members are reaching out to us this morning and are devastated. They have orders being canceled. The province needs to respond asap with a commitment to reject this proposal. It is the only way to alleviate the uncertainty. @TimHoustonNS @RenewablesAssoc @NS_DNRR
