HAWAII'S KĪLAUEA SPEWS LAVA IN LATEST ERUPTION EPISODE: Kīlauea, Hawaii's most active volcano, experienced its 56th eruption episode on Thursday, lasting 6 hours. During the event, lava was sent spewing 660 feet into the air and the plume reached 18,000 feet above sea level.

🚨CATASTROPHIC FLOODING IN POLK COUNTY, TN🌊
Historic rainfall across North Georgia and Southeast Tennessee sent the Toccoa/Ocoee River surging to a record 18.05 feet in nearby Copperhill.
Floodwaters overwhelmed communities, inundating homes and businesses and forcing residents to evacuate. Blue Ridge Dam halted releases as crews worked to manage massive downstream flows.
The devastating flooding left a trail of destruction across the Georgia-Tennessee border.

*FLORIDA FLOODING | WATER COVERS HOMES AND ROADS IN DAVIE AND SURROUNDING AREAS*
DAVIE, FLORIDA — Floodwater continues to cover residential areas across parts of Florida, submerging streets, driveways, and vehicles.
In Davie, water levels have risen to the point where only rooftops and upper sections of homes remain visible in some neighborhoods. Several roadways are reported impassable, with vehicles submerged and debris floating through residential streets.
Local authorities have advised residents in affected areas to remain indoors and avoid entering floodwater. Emergency teams remain deployed to monitor conditions and assess damage.
