What's in a name? Baltimore's great history, from its people, architecture, and neighborhoods, is one of the city's defining characteristics. As is our unique geography. "Rebranding" is homogenizing.
FROM HISTORIC TO GENERIC? "Fort Covington" helped repel the Brits in 1814, "Port Covington" was a bustling export terminal. Now -by decree of the N.Y & San Francisco developers who joined Kevin Plank & Goldman Sachs- it's to be called BALTIMORE PENINSULA. bit.ly/3UG5VdH

What do YOU think of the new name?
With Port Covington rebranding as Baltimore Peninsula, here are some more super-creative rebranding ideas that don’t suck at all.
