Do you want to build mental toughness? Then start disciplining yourself so others don’t have to. Start by getting 8 hrs of sleep, eating breakfast every day, be early & stay late for practice, have great body language, be coachable, don’t skip workouts & pay attention in class.

No one can make you get better. Don’t rely on a coach, trainer, teammate or parent for improvement. If you do, you’ll never succeed. Look at your work ethic, habits & routines. To see measurable gains, apply what you know & implement it daily. You must be accountable to yourself!
