50 Cent files a $6 million libel lawsuit against Rick Ross' ex, Tia Kemp, for her "highly offensive" posts about 50's teenage son, Sire.
Fif's legal team filed the complaint in federal court in California on Monday (Oct. 26). The filing accuses Kemp of libel, false light invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress for sharing multiple posts online labeling 50's teenage son as having a developmental diagnosis and claiming it was caused by his mother's sexual proclivities.
"Ms. Kemp shamelessly used the label 'on the spectrum' as a pejorative slur hurled at a child to humiliate him and his family," the filing reads. "But autism is not shameful. What is shameful is fabricating a diagnosis for a private child, inventing a sexually degrading cause for it, and broadcasting both to a mass audience in order to degrade him."
The complaint goes on to say Kemp was sent a cease-and-desist letter, but she refuses to stop making "highly offensive" comments about 50's son. 50 is seeking $2 million and asking for a jury trial.
On Monday, Tia shared a post on TikTok calling out 50 Cent for getting lawyers involved. She continued to bash 50, his son and Daphne Joy.
"You can kiss your Jew lawyers in the mouth and the judge that handle the case, for all I care, b**ch," Tia vented.
On Tuesday (Oct. 27), 50 Cent reacted to news breaking about the lawsuit.
"It’s not ok to bully minors on line, kids have killed them selves over things people have said about them," he wrote on Instagram. "That gangster granny act is not gonna work no 🏳️ white flags."
Kemp started dissing 50's son after 50 commented about her son with Rick Ross allegedly being pistol-whipped in Florida recently.

50 is hating. Period.
Jay-Z has been the topic of conversation over the last week, being named the Super Bowl halftime performer and performing back-to-back shows at So-Fi Stadium in Los Angeles.
@Tmac_213 and @myfabolouslife have now chimed in on the conversation and respond to 50 Cent's claims that Jay-Z never dominated his era.

After these two Jay-Z shows, I've learned that:
1. The internet isn’t a real place. 😭
2. Jay-Z is the GREATEST rapper of all time. 🐐
3. he’s one of the greatest live performers ever.
4. His live transitions are CINEMATIC.
5. his catalogue is absolutely ridiculous.

If you thought MFs were crashing out when those Yankee Stadium numbers came in. They’re gonna jump out of windows when the numbers for these last 5 shows are reported.
Yankee Stadium is a baseball stadium. He sold those shows out with 45 thousand people.
These London, Paris and Los Angeles shows were in soccer/football stadiums. That’s 65-80k.
And every single one of these shows looked like they were completely sold out.
Also, all of these shows were advertised as JAŸ-Z being the only performer.
So, all this nonsense about special guests is all bullshit. People came out to see and support Jay, the guests were a bonus.

Jay’s music career is literally his life story.
I can argue that he’s the best storyteller in hip-hop for the simple fact that it’s all true.
These niggas just can’t appreciate it because it’s not a bunch of made up fantastical fairytales that never happened.
Jay is the most vivid and HONEST storyteller in hip-hop.
Everything he raps about either really happened in his life or he witnessed it through those close to him.
And the best part is, you can basically fact check everything he says. Even the people he has issues with will corroborate his stories. There’s never inconsistencies or contradictions in his stories.
Joe Budden brought up the reports that Jay-Z will headline the next Super Bowl halftime show, and the cast was split.
Ish says he doesn't like it, even though he's a huge Jay fan. He doesn't like Jay's NFL ties, and he thinks it's unfair for Jay to pick himself for his own show.
The cast pushed back that Jay has let others perform for years already.
Ice isn't feeling it much either.
Marc and Parks are excited. Marc wants to know who the guests will be, and he's sure we'll see Beyoncé, Alicia Keys and Rihanna.
Emanny says the timing is perfect with the Reasonable Doubt and Blueprint anniversaries, and that some artists need a Super Bowl on their résumé.
Joe isn't excited. When Kendrick and Bad Bunny were announced, he could picture the storytelling right away. With Jay, he can't.
Emanny says Jay can tell a street story from the block in 13 minutes, but Joe still doesn't see it.
He asked if Jay is a better storyteller than Biggie, and most of the cast said it's not close, naming Big and Nas at the top.
Joe also said the Jay songs he'd want to hear are probably the ones Jay won't do. If he somehow gets MC Hov, he'd be jumping in his living room. And if Jay does "Holy Grail" with Justin Timberlake and gets the set wrong, Joe says he's going to talk about it.

Not to mention, the NFL wanted him to perform in 2017/2018 & he declined. He didn’t need to partner with them to perform.
