And to @supseerior, thank you for sharing your art and being part of this meaningful project. ๐
Seeing their genuine smiles today made everything worth it. Weโre so grateful we got to turn our love for Pablo into an act of kindness. ๐

A'TIN who are also Viewing Participants for the SB19 Wakas at Simula vinyl launch, who received an email with a group photo that was then taken back, sino ang aattend pa din, kukuha ng poster at mag stay until matapos ang event?
PowerPABGirls retweeted
Donโt you think you owe us a formal public apology and appropriate solutions?
Is this really how a multinational company handles things?
You made a huge mistake, and now you expect us to just accept it and deal with the consequences ourselves?
RIDICULOUS
@sonymusicph
No response and action.
Tutuloy paba?
24hrs travel back and forth + accomodation, for the poster and experience na panuorin sila sa signing at photo op? ๐ญ
Naiisip ko pa lang naiiyak na ako ๐ญ๐ญ
You gave us a moment of joy, took it back an hour later, and now offer "we understand" as closure.
Empathy without action is just silence dressed up as care. We deserve more than that. ๐

this response. man.
the lack of empathy..
A'TIN na Viewing Participants din for the SB19 Wakas at Simula vinyl launch, sino nakareceive ng email na may group photo tapos binawi after 1 hour, poster na lang? ๐
Nag-email back ba kayo sa Sony Music PH? Ano sinabi niyo or may sumagot na ba?
PowerPABGirls retweeted
Nadadaan sa tl ko yung mga binawian ng perks after 1 hour saka nakita na may mali sa email sent. ๐ซฃ
