Hurricane #Ian intensified rapidly in the past 24 hours and is making landfall in Florida as a major hurricane. Pray for everyone in its path.
As the #SeasonOfCreation begins, we pray for the grace to "listen to the voice of creation". We lament rising wildfires, droughts and floods and pray for all affected. And we join with people around the world praying for action on #LossAndDamage.

Whatever time of day it is, there are always Christians somewhere who are awake & praying.
As #COP26 negotiations continue through the Glasgow night, we ask friends in diff't time zones to pray.

Now is the time for our most intense prayer. So much is at stake. Praying for exhausted delegates and others working to push the negotiations towards #climatejustice. May God give them wisdom and strength.
I have escaped #COP26 for an hour or so. If I am honest, I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. People look tired and aware of the enormity of all that is at stake.
So wonderul to see the beautiful pictures of creation and know that this group is faithfully walking and praying. Thanks so much, @jallinson, for sharing!

On Sunday, young people from the UK will start their pilgrimage from Cornwall, site of the G7, to Glasgow, site of @COP26.
Pray for them as they prepare ... and join the launch service in @DioTruro Cathedral on Sunday.
