The mission comes first! Our leadership team is entirely made up of volunteers. Every hour, idea, and effort is given because we believe in giving the children in our community the support they need to thrive.

Today, we’re celebrating the power of early childhood literacy & the amazing people who help children build that all-important foundation. At Preface, we bring together elementary students, high school mentors, educators, & communities to help young readers thrive.

As students head back into the classroom, we're reminded that every new school year is filled with possibility. We're committed to helping children build the literacy skills and confidence they need to thrive in school and beyond. Wishing every student a successful school year!

Big things are ahead for Preface! We're trying something a little different. Instead of our traditional Annual Gala, we're taking the celebration on the road to connect with the people who make our mission possible. More details are coming soon, including the cities we’ll visit.
