It’s been 50 years since the original film with Sissy Spacek. It’s still the absolute best by far. None of the sequels, including the series even come remotely close.

Horror rocks. It makes me forget about Trump’s real horrors.

I tried. This is not #Carrie. This is like teenage Maria from Sound of Music. This version brought Carrie into the social media/internet world, but so did the superior Chloë Grace Moretz remake. (SPOILER ALERT) Carrie and Mom live! Pointless Gen Z #horror woke reimagining. 2/5 👎

IMDB reviews rejected because they don’t align with the liberal bias.

Carrie 2026 had the original beats but Mike Flanagan drowned them in filler, preachy social media critique, school politics, America's conspiracy brainrot & good vs evil witch cults. It's Carrie meets X-Men meets Stranger Things meets Sabrina the Teenage Witch. A bloated mess!!!

Watched this last night, ended up binge watching the whole thing I thought it was great, wasn't a big fan of the ending or prom scenes but overall the acting was very good and it was just good fun to watch. 8/10

Just binged entire series since I loved Dr. SLEEP so I was truly looking forward to this. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. There was no reason to remake it. Felt like Flanagan had very little to do with it. The list of reasons not to watch it is too long to mention

Unfortunately, they made a terrible production, in bad taste, unnecessary and completely forgettable. Rating: BAD.

I have been crying with my emotional ass, first two episodes. I feel her pain about her Dad and dealing with a crazy for a mom

Starting it now, I just watched the Netflix East of Eden, so having never seen Carrie, surely it will be an upbeat story from the most depressing series in entertainment history. I hear she has a great time at the prom and becomes prom queen!

It's not so much horror but it was good enough and went beyond the book, I hope for a season 2

It sucks.Slow. Boring. Teen angst on steroids. They made the mother into an attention seeker. I can’t say one good thing about this. 👎👎👎👎👎👎If I had more than two thumbs .

Worst version of Carrie ever made, should have named it something else, enjoyed it at the beginning amd then it's so so slow and ending is fucked up with others like her.. Can't all love it and suppose if your not familiar with previous it's ok

I've never understood why Carrie matters in the horror sphere when Scanners did it better.

Had to turn it off, I just found it a sprawling mess, and, ultimately very dull and boring.

The lesbian relationship was done so well in Bly Manor but seems like Flanagan may have flipped too much to the woke on this, shame.
