Some of the strongest supporters of PLU are women. They are fearless fighters. I have decided to form a Women's League of PLU. I shall announce the chairwoman soon.

BORN AGAIN CHRISTIANS, IT IS TIME TO RISE UP AND SPEAK!
Gone are the days when the Body of Christ will remain silent as people mock God, ridicule His servants, attack the Church and persecute believers for their faith.
I stand with Pr. Robert Kayanja, Apostle Grace Lubega, and all other men and women of God who serve the Lord and face injustice, intimidation or persecution. This is not about one pastor, one prophet or one ministry; it is about the Body of Christ and our freedom to worship and serve God.
I grew up attending Miracle Centre Cathedral, watching Pr. Robert Kayanja on television and attending his crusades. My personal experiences strengthened my faith. I believe God works through His servants, but all glory belongs to Him alone. I cannot keep quiet when fellow believers face injustice.
The Bible commands us in Proverbs 31:8–9 (KJV): “Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.”
When Peter and John were ordered to stop preaching about Jesus, they declared in Acts 4:20: “For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.”
I call upon all Born Again Christians, pastors, bishops, apostles, prophets, evangelists, church leaders and believers everywhere to rise up and speak against injustice, religious persecution, intimidation and the mistreatment of God’s people. Let us defend our faith, stand with those who suffer and demand justice and accountability.
We must not allow denominational differences, jealousy or fear to divide us when our fellow believers need our support. An attack on one member of the Body of Christ should concern us all. Unity must mean more than worshipping together; it must also mean standing together when injustice occurs.
Let us rise peacefully, courageously and in love not to promote hatred or revenge, but to defend the Gospel, protect the dignity of the Church and stand for the truth.
BORN AGAIN, OUR SILENCE MUST NOT ABANDON THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING! RISE UP, SPEAK OUT AND STAND TOGETHER FOR JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH!
“We ought to obey God rather than men.” — Acts 5:29 (KJV)

"Chairman, a country without reserves is not sovereign. The potential of this Bill to destabilize Uganda’s balance of payments is our primary concern as a central bank. For example, last financial year the overall balance of payment surplus was USD 1.5 billion. That’s how we were able to increase our reserve coverage by USD 1.5 billion. Today as we speak our reserves are close to USD 6 billion. Why? Because these inflows have been coming in. The moment you tamper with these inflows here, we risk running down our reserves, and that is economic disaster for a country.” Governor Atingi-Ego on the Protection of Sovereignty Bill 2026 in an appearance before Parliament today.

There's a whole industry built around African poverty. NGOs, consultants, conferences, awareness campaigns, celebrity endorsements.
Billions of dollars flow through this system every year, employing thousands of well-paid Westerners.
None of those people have an incentive for the problem to actually be solved, because if African poverty disappeared tomorrow, they'd all need new jobs.
I'm not saying they're evil.
I'm saying the incentive structure is broken, and incentives shape behavior more than intentions do.
So no one is speaking about how Uganda has signed away the nationals health data in a deal that Zimbabwe rejected..
