It looks like Trump can be held civilly liable for inciting the insurrection at the Capitol, according to a ruling by the D.C. Court of Appeals out today. We may yet get to see a jury hand down a verdict on whether Trump more likely than not incited the chaos that day.

Today, thanks to Gov. Roy Cooper and North Carolina Democrats, about 600,000 North Carolinians who were previously ineligible will now be fully eligible for Medicaid coverage.
