Dr. Rashmi Saluja at the International Women in Finance Forum | Moscow, Russia 🌍🇮🇳🇷🇺 Dr. Rashmi Saluja shared her insights at the International Women in Finance Forum, organised by the Association of Banks of Russia, bringing together leaders to discuss women’s leadership, financial innovation, digital transformation and global cooperation. Her Key Insights: “The true strength of the Indian economy lies not just in formal education but in women’s everyday financial expertise. By managing household budgets and stretching resources beyond monthly cycles, women strengthen economic resilience. Like Russia, India turns challenges into opportunities, yet its consumer power and contributions to mathematics and medicine remain underrated. India’s future lies in collective growth, indigenous technology, preventive healthcare and knowledge-sharing, not preferential treatment or geopolitical control. Young people understand technology and the future; they need listening, not unsolicited advice. Bridging generations requires respect and open conversations. Our role is to use experience to help young people remain humane, not hold them back from becoming ‘robots.’ Technology must serve real needs and national progress, not turn India into merely a consumer market. We must ensure Gen Z’s innovations benefit everyone, connecting rural communities with urban centres.” These insights highlight women’s financial empowerment, inclusive growth, responsible innovation and international cooperation in building a resilient future. @MinistryWCD @NITIAayog @ASSOCHAM4India @IFC_org @FinMinIndia @ficci_india @UN_Women @wef @VtbBank2 @investindia @nsitharaman @narendramodi Conference Delegates: Zahra Moridi — Bank of Industry & Mine Anna Nesterova — BRICS Women’s Business Alliance / Palehkh Watch Simonova Lidia — Bank Center-Invest Diana Loseva — Bank Stavr Akashdeep Singh — Indian Business Council – Russia Irina Goncharenko — Teleport Bank Irina Akopyan — LLC “A7” / International Payment #DrRashmiSaluja #InternationalWomenInFinanceForum #WomenInFinance #WomenLeadership #FinancialInclusion #FinancialLiteracy #WomenEmpowerment #InternationalWomensLeadership #WomenInRussia #GlobalWomenLeaders #IndiaRussiaRelations #Moscow #DigitalTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence #Blockchain #EconomicGrowth #GenZ #ResponsibleInnovation #PreventiveHealthcare #GlobalCooperation

Breaking the Ice Ceiling: How Indian Curling Is Finding Its Place on the World Stage 🇮🇳🧊 From being a sport that very few Indians had seen to competing internationally, Indian curling is now creating a new chapter in India’s sporting journey. This progress is built on one clear idea: Potential needs leadership, vision and strong institutions to become results. Under the leadership of Dr. Rashmi Saluja, Chairman of ProGrow International and President of the Curling Federation of India, the sport is gaining visibility, stronger national championships, grassroots momentum and a clearer pathway for athletes across the country. Alongside her, P. N. Raju, international athlete and skip of India’s national men’s, mixed and mixed doubles teams, has helped place Indian curling on the international map both through his performance on the ice and his work within the global curling community. The international curling community has also played an important role in this journey, with Beau Welling, President of World Curling; Colin Grahamslaw, Secretary General of World Curling; and Chad McMullan, CEO of Rock Solid Productions, among the leaders connected to the wider development and growth of the sport. The opportunity ahead is significant: 🧊 Dedicated ice infrastructure 🏫 Grassroots and floor curling programmes in schools and colleges 🎓 Home-grown coaches and officials 👩‍🦰 Stronger women’s, junior and wheelchair curling programmes 🤝 Long-term partnerships with central and state governments and businesses India has the mountains, the talent and the audience. The next requirement is to build the infrastructure and ecosystem needed to convert this potential into sustained international performance. Curling is a sport of patience, strategy and teamwork. Building a sport requires the same approach. The next decade is about playing the long game and creating an Indian curling ecosystem that can compete, grow and inspire future generations. Progress. Growth. Impact. @chadmcmullan @cgrahamslaw @worldcurling @CurlingOf @Olympics @kheloindia @mygovindia @PIB_India #indiancurling #curlingindia #curlingfederationofindia #progrowinternational #rashmisaluja #pnraju #worldcurling #curling #wintersports #wintersportsindia #indiansports #sportsinindia #kheloindia #sportsdevelopment #sportsleadership #sportsinfrastructure #grassrootssports #sportsforall #inclusivesports #womeninsports #youthsports #parasports #olympicsports #winterolympics #ladakh #gulmarg #himalayansports #India #globalsport #progressgrowthimpact

Panel Discussion 03 | Healthcare, Biotechnology & Innovation The discussion focused on how AI, indigenous innovation and affordable medical technologies can help bridge critical gaps in healthcare access. Dr. Rashmi Saluja set the context by highlighting healthcare and technology as forces that will increasingly shape the future, while Mr. Sanjeev Malhotra drew on his experience in deep-tech innovation to show how technology can extend healthcare beyond major cities and closer to underserved communities. From low-cost, portable AI-enabled diagnostic devices to innovations supporting early detection of conditions such as glaucoma, the session made a simple but powerful case: technology can help overcome shortages of specialists, clinics and diagnostic infrastructure. The larger opportunity for India and South Africa lies in moving beyond technology exchange towards joint innovation, research collaboration and scalable healthcare solutions designed for the realities of the Global South. The future of healthcare innovation will not be defined only by how advanced a technology is, but by how many people it can reach. On the panel: Dr. Harsha Jauhari, Chairman, Renal Transplantation, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Ms. Nandi Dlamini, CEO, Sisanda Proprietary Limited Mr. Sanjeev Malhotra, CEO, MeitY–NASSCOM Centre of Excellence for IoT & AI Ms. Mbalenhle (Mbali) Khumalo [MBA], Founder and CEO of Isithelo Sekhethelo Consulting Moderated By: Dr. Rashmi Saluja, President, ProGrow International #BRICS2026 #IndiaSouthAfrica #HealthInnovation #Biotechnology #ProGrowInternational #BRICSWBA
