This person told me I can't make $200 from one app within 38 days of launch. I believed that person. 1 year ago, I was at rock bottom and confused af. Anyway I put myself out there, did what I loved and built what I cared. And see the result yourself. That person was me.

Time management is a skill which you can learn. And prioritizing is the key to it. My observation: > It's never you can't manage time, it's always you can't decide what to choose next. > It's never you don't have time to try, you just don't have enough desire to try. > Time management only improves when you start getting results from what is working and leave which doesn't work. In short, you double down on what is working already. So, my 2 cents for this- Choose key actions everyday you need to perform by EOD. This way you will learn to prioritize better day-by-day. This is all hit and trial, first you'll fail, but slowly you'll start getting better. I've reached 50% of my potential in time management skill. Need to improve on the other 50%

Building alone won't pay the bills Focusing on Distribution will. This way your work add value to other's life. So, whenever you're building something ask yourself- > Can I distribute it better? > Is this someone asked me? > Is someone going to pay me for it? > Will it help my other SaaS to thrive better? > Is this something I want which no one offers? If you have answer to any of this, then you should ofc build it Else move on to other better problems to build PS: Speaking from my little experience

I had been inconsistent in marketing daily. Earlier I had thought out that I will do marketing or marketing strategy 1 hr daily. But building strategy doesn't count as marketing. So, I'll follow Jack Frik's 1 hr marketing daily playbook. I'll double down on what's working.

There are days, when you don't feel like doing anything But you have to do it anyway. That's where Consistency beats talent. I tweeted 6 times everyday for 30 days.

When you're creating content. Identify the outliers. And double down on what's working My popular videos have similar thumbnails (the one with the yellow highlight) So, If I want one video to be popular in which I have recorded a great content, then i use that thumbnail design
