On nqstats.com you will see two sections in the menu; Stat Library: Collection of concepts, each one starting as an individual hypothesis. The statistical data is the edge, you provide the execution. Frameworks: Structured approaches to solving problems and organizing analysis. The lens the market is viewed through. The Stat Library gives you validated, individual truths about price behavior; Frameworks tell you how to read those truths together and act on them.

Posting for the sake of documentation of my journey. Recently came across @AC_Trades and @ProbableChris. Their depiction of how to engage the markets relies heavily on statistical data. This has changed my outlook completely and I'm going down this rabbit hole of questioning ICT

Lack of confidence would be, “I’m afraid the next trade will lose money, so I won’t take it.” Contentment would be, “I’ve already made enough today. I don’t need to keep trading.” Easy to confuse the two, but contentment creates long term expectancy.

youtu.be/pxs2MuqvH3w New vid for the new site on "Price Distributions". "Price Distributions" is a statistical framework I use to tell what regime we are in, what my bias should be (trend vs mean reversion), and when to time my entries. It uses percent net change from open to close of various time windows to calculate samples and derive data from said sample.

ALN Session stats gave a pattern 4 today going into 8am, so expectancy wise, the London low of 25645 would be the target....HOWEVER.....At the time of the New Your range opening at 8am ET, price was at a daily -1.0 distribution. Asking price to go lower down to that London low would be asking price to make an outlier day move as a normal distribution would be expected to reside inside +/- 1.0. Without a anticipated new catalyst, there would not be a reason to anticipate an outlier move. So while the expectancy given the stat was down, real-time price did not align. Realtime price was already a 133% of its 60 day average range and extended near a key reversion point. For this reason, avoiding the ALN Session based setup was the optimal choice.

$NQ 8/21/2025 Recap -0.5R Didnt have time for a vid today, but ended red.Took some equity open attempts both closed early due to no follow through. This netted like +0.5R total. Than attempted an IB High long but took a -1R loss on that. How did everyone else do?

Yesterdays (6/25) detailed "Noon Curve" review. See quoted post for the trade that was taken and posted using this data. Learn more at nqstats.com/noon-curve
$NQ | 6/25/2025 Trade #2 +3R This short is based on "Noon Curve" data. Check the link below to learn more, but expectation of a new low post 12pm was the bias. Waited for a pullback into the AM range and entry criteria to be met, risking the swing high of the entry leg. Went break even at the internal low marked. Price tried to rally just before the new PM low so I closed half the position. Second half hit target as a new PM low was made. Noon Curve validated, net +3R on this trade. nqstats.com/noon-curve

For those familiar with the "Noon Curve" and "IB Breaks" stats/data, here is a confluence based stat putting the two together.... Over a 10yr sample between 6/19/2015 to 6/19/2025, roughly 2,500 trading days, when the IB broke before 12pm ET (noon), the direction of the break matched the direction Noon Curve broke roughly 63% of the time. Meaning there is a correlation between what side IB breaks and what side Noon Curve will break. This logically makes when you think of trending markets, but its nice to have the numbers....

Starting to see people create and sell Trading View indicators based on the content, stats and concepts I have shared for free. If you are someone who has created indicators and/or tools and are sharing them for free, please post them in this thread so others can avoid unnecessarily paying for something.
