En un mundo que convierte todo en KPIs, proteger espacios que no necesitan métricas es casi un acto de libertad.
Medir puede ayudar, pero no debemos delegar nuestro criterio ni experiencia en un dashboard. Lo más valioso rara vez cabe en una tabla.
