ALT An illustration kindly shared by @worrywellbeing to celebrate Men’s Health Week. On a pale blue square background in a bold darker blue is the headline “Men’s mental health”. There are three rows of pictures, and on each row are four different men’s faces. There are all kinds of men here – white men, brown men, black men, men with dark hair, men with blond hair, men with ginger hair, men with short and long hair, men with beards and without beards. Beneath each picture is a statement about men. So in total there are the following 12 statements to go with the 12 pictures: Men cry. Men have panic attacks. Men have insecurities. Men self harm. Men have eating disorders. Men go to therapy. Men have trauma. Men have body image issues. Men are abused. Men deserve support. Men feel things. Men  need love & care.
