Data centers are being funded through SPV structures. Hyperscalers lease the facilities, and often guarantee the debt and provide equity. This allows Big Tech to keep the debt off balance sheet.

5/ In short, the solution to RWA liquidity must include all 4. RWAs need high-quality, liquid memecoins, perhaps more than any other asset onchain. Traders park quote currency wherever the action is. If that action lives next to tokenized stocks, then capital will flow there.

Oh? You wanted RWA liquidity? I've said this for a long time, but RWAs need high-quality, liquid memecoins perhaps more than any other asset onchain. Why? Who's paying for the liquidity? Issuers? Chain foundations? Dapps? Users? We don't want just RWAs. We want liquid RWAs.
