Getting blown up by a Russian drone to protect my beautiful nation of privatised water companies, boarded up shops, cracked paving, and political-media class who think I’m a racist because I oppose a genocide. No thanks mate.

The real issue isn’t that we don’t have enough teachers - it’s that too many qualified teachers have been driven out of the classroom. To make teaching a job that is compatible with family life again, we must: - Tackle unsustainable workload: driven by large class sizes, high levels of pupil need, inadequate resources, and too few support staff. FUND EDUCATION - End the regime of fear: scrap Ofsted’s punitive inspection system that inflates workloads. Halt the Nandos score card. - Build in flexibility: guarantee at least 20% PPA time (with the option to take it from home), and allow staggered starts. - Recognise teaching as a gendered profession: every school should have robust policies covering maternity, menopause, and conditions such as endometriosis. - Raise pay: salaries must be competitive with other graduate professions.
Teachers change children’s lives every single day. Today, we're announcing new bursaries and scholarships to support talented people to become brilliant teachers. Inspiring the next generation and boosting opportunity across the country.

Ellis Genge arguably had the biggest Lions' mountain to climb. To get ahead of Porter. But I genuinely think he's done it.

Have you and your mates ever dressed up as Peaky Blinders for an evening out? Wankers. Each and every one of you.

I love watching MasterChef, the Professionals, but when a contestant, who is a proper chef, shouts "Yes chef!" To Gregg Wallace, it makes me cringe. He's not a chef. Shouting "Yes, minor celebrity greengrocer" would be far more appropriate.

"I'm the opposite of first in, last out. I hate that bullshit. You should be around the breakfast table. I build the schedule at La Rochelle so the first meeting is at 8:30 and I can drop my kids to school." — @RonanOGara10

Trump wins the White House. Again. The Democrats blew it. Again. A depressing yet predictable result.

The brioche burger bun era must end soon. They're far too sweet, are too dry and have no structural integrity. It's bread for toddlers. Bring on the era of the Pretzel bun.

My best 400m time is 16% slower than the opening 400m in the women's 5k heat which the commentators described as "an incredibly slow start"....

"politicians are out of touch with normal people it's a disgrace" "Look at that politician doing what literally thousands of other people are doing it's a disgrace" Absolute whopper of a take on a video of someone being absolutely normal and actually for a good cause.
Can’t fathom people who think this is “cool” for a deputy PM rather than embarrassing

A thing of beauty… This is Jonathan Miller taking on Enoch Powell This is how you expose people like Suella Braverman for the race-baiting, dog-whistling charlatans that they are.

2022: Conservative party 'plan' is for patients to see a GP within 2 weeks 2005: Couple complain about the Labour party delivering a service where patients could see a GP within 24 hours (they wanted to book an appointment after the the 24 hour window, not in it)
