I have taken 250 flights in my life experiencing similar isssues with other airlines. In KLM I had the very same issue and they fixed it in 5 minutes and refunded me in a week. Any explanation for more than a two months delay @tapairportugal no. Ref 2018/250103 ??

@tapairportugal appalling customer service ..turn up at 5.45 am for a 8.10 flight for which no one tells anyone that it's cancelled..check in staff even help you check in to a flight 12 hours later and don't even tell you it's changed !! Shambles
