Friendly reminder to working Americans that every state must follow OSHA, some states have their own agencies that exceed OSHA’s rulings, every state must follow EEOC, and that you can file with these agencies in good faith at any time if you have been discriminated against (EEOC) or made to break policy/work in a way that may be dangerous or unsafe (OSHA) and your employer legally cannot retaliate, (Fewer hours, taken off projects, fired, etc) and it’s free to file yourself. 🙂‍↕️I just like to put it out there as somebody who has experience with filing under both. OSHA has construction and general industry for most of its jurisdictions, with maritime and agriculture having some of their own. (Some jobs fall independent of OSHA, like nuclear, and you should look into what agency oversees these as OSHA may not have jurisdiction in your field.) I’m not a legal advisor nor am I a lawyer nor am I telling you what to do. I just like to spread the word.

I’m editing my last commission’s speedpaint then I will be on a hiatus from commissions to do some deep study in art and prepare for my spring semester in college! I don’t know when or if I’ll be opening commissions again, I don’t want to open them unless I know I can complete them within a reasonable time frame, but I’ll still be online for the time being until I get my answers as to what I can do with my platform. I know it’s been kind of chaotic, I know it’s been an absolutely insane year for me, but I’m hoping things can finally begin to settle, whatever that may be. Archiving is underway! Im making a custom carrd website where each piece will have AI disturbance filtering, and I’ll be sharing layers on some of my personal pieces to view to see how I handle layers in ibis. This is for viewing only as many people have requested to see my layers to see how I do greyscale rendering. Speedpaint coming soon!

Minus the nazi pony what if I have a flawless body pillow in an an ahaego sweater with mare fair logo sweatpants and an anon plushie with a giddy up scarf around its neck do I just get shot at the entrance?

Finding out the Mare Fair logo is a visual double entendre makes me love the convention even more.
