If you’re not inspired after 40 seconds, you can skip. In my eyes lives the story of a young man who refused to give up. First graduate of his home. Once labeled the black sheep. Street fighter. Troublemaker. PH born and raised. You know the vibes. Everything changed the day I realized no one was coming to save me. — 2018. I got admitted into FUTO through merit list. Then I lost it. Why? We couldn’t afford the acceptance fee. ₦40,500. That moment broke me. At the time, I did small jobs. But everything went back to supporting my family. Each time I came home, I saw my mom crying. My dad silent in a corner. “The boy needs to go to school.” After a few days, the admission was revoked. I cried badly. Then I made a decision. Tears won’t change my future. — I doubled my hustle. Primary school teacher. Secondary school assistant. Glo SIM registrations on weekends. Home lessons. House cleaning. Roadside jobs. Anything legal that paid, I did it. — 2019, Q4. Another miracle. I got admitted again. Same dream school. FUTO. Surveying & Geoinformatics. This time, I had small savings. Still, I was the one supporting home. When I told my parents, they were happy. But the joy didn’t last. They couldn’t help financially. My younger ones needed priority. My mum gave me: One box. One cup. One pot. Mosquito net. One pot. One spoon. That was everything. She cried as I left. Truth is, I was scared too. Friends advised part-time school. So I could keep working. But I chose the full risk. Challenge accepted. — Three months later, 2020. My money finished. Fees. Books. Hostel. Food. I stayed days without food. I didn’t know how to beg. When hostel mates offered food, I collected with shame. Then something happened. ASUU strike. I borrowed transport fare and ran home. Strike became indefinite. Then COVID came. That break saved my life. It showed me one truth: If I return without a skill, I won’t survive. — 2020. I entered Forsage ETH. Other smart contracts too. Then I transitioned into learning trading. That year, I made my first ₦1,000,000 (via forsage ETH) — 2021. School resumed. I returned a different person. With knowledge. With skill. With confidence. Made more money via meme token ( feg token) 2022. Mastered the art of trading my first $12k from Luna crash. Now fast-forward to the results. — 🎓 Graduated with: B.Tech in Surveying & Geoinformatics Second Class Upper Division 🏅 Course Rep from Year 1 to Final Year (500L) 📃 Certified data analyst 🤵 One-time Faculty President, School of Environmental Sciences (SOES) 🤵 One-time President, Environmental Science Students Association (ESSA), FUTO ✨ ROTA FUTO Ambassadorial Award ✨ Member, Rotary Club of FUTO, District 9142 🪖 Honorable Senior Rate Mess Member, Nigerian Navy 📃 “Service Above Self” Award Holder 🏠 Started a multi-million naira business while in school 🏺 Karid Fellow, Ilya Du Manpower ✨ Student Patron, Canzona 16 💰 Graduated a multi-millionaire 🏘 Built a house for my family while in school 🎉 Cleared my family’s debts ✨ Set my younger ones on paths of skills and university education — 👨🏽‍💻 Today, I’m building @PercorsoTech — A technology company and educational platform for: AI Data Analytics Coding Design And more. Built on innovation, trust, and continuous improvement. — You’ll notice I didn’t mention names of those who helped me during my journey. That’s intentional. A special appreciation post is coming for every single person who stood by me. I am deeply grateful. — God willing, I still have a long way to go. Lives to touch. Futures to shape. My name is EBUBECHUKWU ONYERI. "ONYERI" means: “The One Who Is Blessed.” ✨️Retweet so the next struggler sees this. Don't forget to say congratulations 🎊

Incase you don't understand what this means 👇 Nigeria's Central Bank now wants companies issuing stablecoins in the country to get a licence first. There are two categories: 1) Naira-backed stablecoins: Tokens tied to the value of the naira. 2)Foreign currency-backed stablecoins:** Tokens tied to currencies like the US dollar. And getting a licence isn't enough. Each stablecoin must also receive approval before it can be issued. IS THIS GOOD OR BAD FOR NIGERIANS? Honestly, it can go both ways. On the positive side, proper regulation could protect users, reduce fraud and make stablecoin issuers more accountable. But there's a downside. Strict requirements could push smaller providers out, reduce options and make access more expensive. Remember, many Nigerians rely on stablecoins like USDT to save in dollars, receive payments and move money internationally. I support regulation that protects users, but it shouldn't make these tools harder for ordinary Nigerians to access. The real question is: will this make stablecoins safer for Nigerians, or simply give regulators more control over how we use them?
LATEST: 🇳🇬 Nigeria's central bank now requires licenses for stablecoin issuers, with separate categories for naira-linked and foreign-currency tokens and approval needed for each token before issuance.

Arbitrum just moved $30 million out of the Binance hacker’s wallet. And the hacker didn’t sign a single transaction. Here’s where it gets interesting. On Friday, Arbitrum’s 12-member Security Council voted to use its emergency powers. Nine signatures were enough to make it happen. They executed a single transaction that temporarily changed the code of Arbitrum’s Inbox contract, the bridge responsible for carrying messages from Ethereum into Arbitrum. The replacement code introduced a function called "sendunsignedtransactionoverride". Basically, it allowed the council to push transactions that Arbitrum treated as if they came directly from the hacker’s wallet. Two transactions moved more than 8,425 ETH and 74 million ARB into a holding address ending in 0da0. After that, the original contract code was restored within the same transaction. The council also published the details on its governance forum less than 90 minutes later. But honestly, the money isn't even the most interesting part of this story. Think about what just happened. We've always understood that moving funds on a blockchain requires a private key and a valid signature. That's one of the basic principles behind crypto. But this incident shows there's another layer to consider: who controls the emergency powers and upgrade mechanisms behind the network? Yes, $30 million is relatively small compared to the reported $6.3 billion Binance security incident. But the method raises a much bigger question about decentralization. If nine council members can authorize a transaction involving someone else's funds without that person's private key, how much control does that person really have? Something worth thinking about. Before trusting any blockchain with your money, understand who holds its emergency keys and what they're actually capable of doing.

WASHINGTON VOTES AS WALL STREET SELLS, WHICH ONE MOVES BITCOIN MORE? Everyone's focused on the midterms, but there's something happening with Bitcoin ETFs that I think deserves more attention. They lost $643M in a single trading session on Friday. That's roughly 63.6% of all the net inflows they've accumulated in 2026. And we're only talking about one day. That's not a small outflow. What bothers me more is that the Coinbase premium is also negative. US spot demand looks weak, and ETF investors are pulling money out at the same time. Yet somehow, the conversation is still largely about whether Republicans or Democrats win Tuesday. Yes, the election matters. The result could shape crypto regulation and institutional sentiment over time. But neither outcome automatically brings money back into Bitcoin. If Nasdaq keeps struggling and ETF outflows continue, I don't see why one election result should suddenly make BTC bullish. Honestly, I'd rather see real buying pressure than another round of political speculation.

The US midterm elections are happening tomorrow, and there's a lot of speculation about what the results could mean for crypto. Some investors expect a Republican win to be more favourable for Bitcoin, while others are watching the possibility of a shift in Congress and what that could mean for crypto regulation. But honestly, I don't think the election should be the only thing on traders' minds. Wall Street has already had a rough few sessions. Tech stocks took a hit as investors questioned the amount of money being poured into AI, and Bitcoin ETF outflows reached about $643 million on October 30. That's worth paying attention to. For me, the bigger concern is whether institutional investors are becoming less willing to take risks. If money continues leaving equities and Bitcoin funds, political optimism alone may not be enough to turn the market around. The election could change expectations, especially around regulation. But actual capital flows, interest rates and investor confidence will determine how much of that optimism makes its way into $BTC. I'm not treating a favourable political outcome as a guaranteed rally. Bitcoin still needs buyers, and right now the market needs to prove that demand is returning. $BTC $ETH $SOL

I just reached #1 worldwide on @CoinMarketCap 's Analytical Depth leaderboard. 🥇 Honestly, this means a lot to me. I've spent months researching projects, studying market movements, digging into on-chain data and sharing my thoughts here. There were times the numbers weren't moving, the views were low, and progress felt slow. But I kept showing up. To everyone who reads, engages with, challenges or supports my research, thank you. You're part of this journey. I'm proud of this milestone, but I don't see it as a finish line. There's still a lot to learn, more research to do and better insights to deliver. The goal has always been to build credibility through the quality of my work. We're getting there. On to the next chapter. 🥂 My CMC link: coinmarketcap.com/community/… ~OnlyOneApril♟️

DeFi protocols are getting more connected. But does that actually make them safer, or just create more ways for things to go wrong? Project 0, a Solana-based DeFi prime broker, has partnered with Blockaid to monitor its protocol and the external platforms it uses in real time. The idea is simple: Project 0 brings positions from platforms like Kamino and Jupiter into one margin account. This gives users more flexibility, but it also means trouble on one platform could affect other connected positions and lenders. Blockaid says Project 0 has processed $19.33 billion in volume over more than three years without a program exploit. The new monitoring system tracks admin changes, oracle activity, reserve outflows and account health. Basically, it helps the team spot problems earlier. Still, there's another side worth looking at. DeFiLlama currently puts Project 0's TVL at around $56.2 million, down roughly 17.9% over 30 days. It recorded about $145,000 in fees during that period, but protocol revenue was only around $2,800. That doesn't mean the security partnership isn't useful. But it does remind us that security is only one part of the picture. Even with strong monitoring, Project 0 still depends on the security of every platform connected to it. So here's my question: Can real-time monitoring make cross-venue DeFi safe enough to attract institutional capital, or does bringing multiple platforms together just create one bigger point of failure?

18 years ago today, Satoshi Nakamoto published the Bitcoin whitepaper. Just nine pages that introduced an idea capable of challenging the traditional financial system. Eighteen years later, Bitcoin has become much bigger than a digital currency. It has sparked an entirely new financial industry. What's fascinating is that we're still discovering how far that original idea can go. Happy Bitcoin Whitepaper Anniversary. ₿ #Bitcoin #BTC 🔥🚀
