Simply not true, took a ride through the heart of Detroit Jewish community again yesterday; Lincoln from Woodward to Greenfield. Anyone that knows this area knows this is the heart. Total support lawn signs were 14 Abdul to 9 Roger's. This is overstated. Plenty of Abdul support.
New York Times national reporter: Lifelong Jewish Democrats in Detroit suburbs say they’re voting Republican for the first time. "That’s a big deal. I don’t know of any other marquee race in the country right now where the Republican candidate is converting Democrats."

I went to see the “Democrats for Mike Rogers” event in Pontiac aaaaaaand it’s empty. Literally just the event organizers blasting music in an empty lot. But hey, they have a bounce house!

Rooting for Democracy to win in Brazil tomorrow! Good to see you had the decency to recognize the heroic effort Lula put in to advocate and fight for justice for @JulianAssange Glenn
There were very few world leaders with the courage and principle to advocate for Julian Assange while the West relentlessly persecuted him for a decade for exposing their multiple grave crimes. It won't matter to the average Brazilian voter in tomorrow's election (understandably so: most struggle to overcome basic deprivations), but Julian -- on the eve of Lula's last election tomorrow -- commendably recalls that Lula (for no real political gain) always crusaded for his freedom (Lula did the same for Snowden):

The alcohol industry and cities lacking DUI arrests are getting desperate.
🇺🇸🇺🇸 More than 19 million U.S. adults are estimated to have cannabis use disorder. The condition can involve cravings, withdrawal, failed attempts to quit and continuing to use marijuana despite problems at work, school, home or with health. Recent research suggests as many as 1 in 3 adults who used cannabis in the past year may meet the criteria.

Lula vs. Bolsonaro: I was held in solitary confinement for 1,901 days for revealing the truth about the U.S. government's killings and espionage, including against Brazil and its industries. Out of power, Lula fought for my freedom. In power, Lula discussed my persecution with Pope Francis, who decided to meet with my family and offer help. After my release, Lula and I met in Rome to mourn the Holy Father's passing. Lula was kind to my children and asked for nothing in return. In contrast, Jair and Flávio Bolsonaro did nothing and said nothing. Yet without the ability to say no to Washington and Tel Aviv, there can be no domestic policy, only foreign instructions. Those orders are always the same: "Expand our theft of resources and wages, and keep your mouths shut about us murdering children." Sellouts will surrender everything in exchange for a cut, even their own tongues.

How dumb do you have to be to think the Republicans are for Working Class, absolutely Orwellian!
MICHIGAN VOTER: "Back in the day when my parents were Democrats, they represented the working class. They've lost that. They've moved so far to the left." "We love our country. We don't want to lose it. That's the truth."

Stand with Democracy, Stand with the Jewish People, Stand with @AbdulElSayed #AbdulForSenate
Help get @abdulelsayed elected to the senate! Jewish safety depends on a real multiracial democracy—and Abdul is the one fighting to protect it. Get involved and help at abdulforsenate.com/vote go.abdulforsenate.com We know how much it matters to live in a country where our rights are protected, where the law applies equally to everyone, and where the majority can’t just decide that some people don’t deserve the same freedoms. The safety and freedom we’ve found in America didn’t happen by accident. They exist because of democracy. And protecting democracy means protecting Jewish safety, too. We know what happens when those protections start to break down. When courts are weakened, elections are undermined, and people lose equal protection under the law, minorities are often the first to pay the price. Jews have seen this throughout our history. It’s one of the reasons so many of our families sought refuge in democratic countries. That’s why I find it so alarming to see what’s happening right now. When masked government agents are taking people off the streets and citizens are being shot in public, we should all be worried about where things are headed. As Jews, we know that when a government starts targeting certain groups of people, no one should assume they’re safe from what comes next. Mike Rogers has chosen to align himself with a movement that is willing to attack our democracy. He stood with Trump and refused to accept the results of the 2020 election. And now we’re seeing what happens when a political movement treats the rights and dignity of certain people as disposable. For Jews, these things should set off alarm bells. Jewish safety is tied to the health of our democracy. We can’t protect one without protecting the other. And in this Senate race, Abdul is the candidate who understands that and is willing to fight for it. #abdulelsayed #democracy #jewish #midterms

Trump's mother on Donald Trump; "Yes, he's an idiot with zero common sense, and no social skills, but he IS my son. I just hope he never goes into politics. He'd be a disaster.", she missed that he's also a pedophile.
YIKES 😳 Trump snaps at a reporter asking him about why he's dismissing sexual abuse allegations 👇 WOMAN REPORTER: Do the sexual abuse allegations mean nothing to you, sir? TRUMP: Wait. Wait! Wait wait wait. Slow down. Who are you with? REPORTER: NBC, sir. But they are very serious sexual abuse allegations TRUMP: Quiet! Isn't she a fresh person? You're a horrible little reporter, aren't you?

It’s genuinely jarring to hear a pro athlete talk like a person and not a hostage reading a statement prepared by the comms department
Yaxel Lenderborg on his NBA debut and guarding Luka: "I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me... Being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect. That was awful" Transcript of this soundbite: "Yeah, it was interesting. I got to see what the NBA is like, man. Lot of flopping, lot of foul baiting, lot of praying to the ref. Interesting first game for me, for sure. I had a lot of respect for him (Luka). You know, just watching. I didn't really watch the NBA much, I just watched highlights. Seeing him, you know, kill people all the time. But then being in there firsthand, just watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect, man. Like that was awful. Like me getting frustrated, it's not about the foul being called, it's about him complaining the entire game. And then you get the foul call, congratulations bro. And then you talk to me like you did something great, bro? Come on, dog. That's just weak. It kinda threw me off for a little while, cause you know, like I said, I had so much respect for him. Gone man, gone. I was telling him he sucks, he can't score on me. You talking and you can't score on me. I said it the whole game. I said a couple cuss words obviously, you know, that's why I got the technical and all that. But I was letting him know, because he was laughing and talking all this because of that one foul call. His only bucket on me was a banker from half court. Like I know that it's a team sport. You know, he had 28pts on us as a team. Me, I took my matchup personally. Tried not to get caught on the fouls. Tried my best. I was thinking about playing him with my hands behind my back to see if that worked, probably would've still got a foul call." Transcript via: reddit.com/r/nba/comments/1x…
