Female, juvenile Sparrowhawk in the garden this morning. Good news for me, not so good for the blackbird (or the collard dove yesterday ☠)
Progress! Let's hope they survive long enough to produce the next generation (and hopefully longer!).
Proud to say that Northumberland national park has been a major contributor to this success.
Hats off to all involved 🦅

It was a real pleasure working on this classic with Meze Mundo. What a talented bunch!
Here is the latest from Meze Mundo. Ochi Chernye- a Russian waltz. A great arrangement by @Psus4 and fantastic video editing by Ken Patterson. Enjoy

Providing a new start to those who‘ve fled their homes represents the best of Britain's values. As we know refugees have always helped to keep our communities safe and make our society stronger. They even brought us fish & chips. Im standing with @RESCUE_UK to #StandWithRefugees
More of this today. Amazing effort from Jack Drum Arts to offer performances for people in County Durham who are vulnerable or shielding. Socially distanced and safe yet uplifting for the spirit!
Physical and mental health are equally important people!

On the principle that if I say nothing I’ll be added to a list of people who think everything will be alright I just want to say, it won’t. Showbiz is screwed, folks. Every musician, comedian & actor you know & love started out in the venues that will disappear without help now.
Out today!!!!!
