Did 3500 children have the opportunity to "force out" their leaders? Are children "consequences"? and btw there are rules in war, silly but true, rules are you can't punish (ie kill) civilians - they aren't "consequences" they are war crimes by definition.
You do this regularly: PR 101 - Shift the blame to the protestors to keep the heat of your abuse of the law. You kettle, you intimidate, you beat your shields, you restrain with unnecessary force. You forget who you work for: the people. And we're asking you to change your ways.
