If anything, this should encourage schools to stop depending so heavily on a handful of tech companies. No single corporation should have this much influence over how children access information.

To anyone still confused about props 40, 41, & 42 in California, here is this super quick, easily digestible explainer that breaks down why it's so important to vote YES on prop 40 & NO on props 41 & 42

ALT Apply one-time tax to billionaires to fund healthcare and education Proposition 40 would require the estimated 200 Californians whose net worth exceeded $1 billion at the start of this year to pay a one-time 5% tax. Service Employees International Union-United Healthcare Workers West, the group that put the measure on the ballot, projects that it would raise roughly $100 billion over five years. That money would be earmarked primarily for healthcare, with some reserved for food assistance and education. If propositions 41 or 42 earn more votes than Proposition 40, this measure would be nullified.

Education, harm-reduction, and destigmatization,
Or criminalization, shame, censorship, and fearmongering?

I will agree that uneducated and irresponsible practice of BDSM or imitations of BDSM is a problem in some people’s sexual behaviours. They wreak havoc in BDSM scenes and in their personal relationships.
However, how can we solve this problem by banning its depiction…
