🙏 We need your help!
Please put the portfolio through its paces and let us know if you find:
Missing balances
Incorrect protocol values
Transaction issues
Bugs or UI problems
Every report helps make PulseChainStats better for everyone.
Note: Multi-chain protocol support has been temporarily removed due to the high infrastructure costs of indexing multiple chains. If the community would like to see it return, we’re happy to add it back if enough donations help cover the ongoing costs.
As always, thank you to everyone testing and providing feedback. Keep breaking things so we can fix them.
Richard Hearts bodyguards were 2 ex Turkish police officers and 1 ex Turkish Military officer
And people are still worried, why?
Best international lawyers money can buy
Elite bodyguards
Top tier advisors
Multiple citizenships
Already beat the SEC
I think we are all good fam
Despite Richard Heart and everything unfolding around him, one thing deserves recognition.
The PulseChain developers have remained committed, continuing to push updates and make progress regardless of the uncertainty surrounding the eco.
It speaks volumes about the competence and dedication of the development team.
Credit where it’s due. This is exactly the kind of resilience and commitment we have always seen no matter the circumstances.
Why is everyone asking if the sacrifice funds are safe?
They stated they seized 6 hardware wallets, Richard has stated many time hardware wallets are not his preferred store method
Those who track or have done analysis on the OAs know they expand over thousands of wallets very unlikely to all share the same seed
Tracking the OA would have also shown history of script usage with the inkling there would be kill switches, scripts that execute in certain events as safe guards etc
Who’s not selling the FUD? 🙋♂️
#PulseChain #RichardHeart
The level of sensationalism coming out of parts of the Turkish media, and the international outlets recycling these headlines, is downright pathetic.
They’re portraying Richard Heart as some convicted international criminal, plastering billion-dollar crypto fraud allegations across headlines while conveniently leaving out critical facts.
The U.S. SEC lawsuit against Richard was DISMISSED in 2025, and the SEC chose not to pursue it further. The Finnish allegations remain unresolved. An Interpol Red Notice is NOT a conviction.
Yet the media continues to parade images of luxury watches, cash, jewelry and weapons, painting the most sinister picture possible before the legal process has even concluded.
This is the same individual who helped raise over $26 MILLION for medical research, created functioning blockchain ecosystems, and contributed years of work to the cryptocurrency industry.
You don’t have to agree with Richard, like his personality, or support his projects to recognize how disgraceful this style of reporting has become.
It’s astonishing how quickly allegations are turned into public verdicts, how easily context gets discarded, and how little regard some journalists have for the reputation of another human being.
This isn’t responsible journalism. It’s sensationalism disguised as reporting.
Report the facts. Let the courts determine guilt. Stop treating someone’s life and reputation as disposable clickbait.
Innocent until proven guilty should mean something.
When the SEC came after PulseChain HEX and Richard Heart the community banned together with 44,570 signatures on our amicus brief
44.5k people believe in freedom of speech, freedom to transact and freedom to sacrifice for their beliefs
Disgruntled members can call Richard a scammer but we CHOSE to sacrifice knowing full well there was NO EXPECTATIONS and that money was gone
We all speculate but NO expectations meant no expectations
So where is the fraud? Where are the tax obligations on people choosing to give their money away for an expression of their beliefs?
Richard heart had lawyers guiding him since 2019, nothing he has done wasn’t thought through, he was and has always planned for all worst case scenarios
So haters keep doomscrolling and call us a cult in disbelief, reality is those who still believe know Richard and actually listen to him
We encourage everyone in the PulseChain community to contact the U.S. Department of State (Consular Affairs) regarding @RichardHeartWin, an American citizen detained in Turkey.
The State Department provides consular assistance for U.S. citizens detained abroad (welfare checks, attorney lists, visits, etc.). Please reach out using these official channels:
• Arrest/Detention Abroad guidance: travel.state.gov/en/internat…
• General Help Abroad: travel.state.gov/en/internat…
• U.S. Consulate General Istanbul: tr.usembassy.gov/istanbul/ or tr.usembassy.gov/istanbul-u-…
• U.S. Embassy Ankara: tr.usembassy.gov/ankara/
We’ve already submitted our correspondence. The more people who contact the State Department / Consulate, the more visibility our concerns receive. Let’s stand together and request proper consular monitoring and due process.

So let me get this straight:
Guy gets an ID from the govt, registers cars under his own name, lives openly, gets married (presumably requiring some type of official paperwork), and the govt never noticed this guy had a red notice?
We're supposed to just take this at face value? Nobody has any questions?
🔴 Richard James Schueler’in eşi adına kayıtlı 9 araç muhafaza altına alındı.
The Richard Heart arrest has been confirmed with the grounds of the arrest being a ‘$1B crypto fraud in the U.S.’
Richard already beat the SEC in a U.S. court with a full judge dismissal over this allegation
Sounding more like he will win this too and have the case dropped

Kırmızı bülten Finlandiya'nın talebiyle ağırlaştırılmış vergi suçu (törkeä veropetos) şüphesi için çıkarılmıştır; 1 milyar dolarlık kripto dolandırıcılığı iddiası ayrı bir ABD SEC davasına aittir ve dava düşürülmüştür.

All the large crypto influencers taunted Richard Heart and called him a scammer when the SEC attacked him
When he won with a full judge dismissal, silence no apologies
Now with the arrest the same accounts are vocal again, will they say sorry this time if he wins again?
We’ve endured just about everything imaginable over the years. Wave after wave of adversity, relentless attacks, and endless FUD. Now, the ultimate test is upon us. The grand finale.
While prominent accounts and longtime critics celebrate and dance on the downfall of someone who has contributed so much to crypto and helped countless people along the way, we refuse to join the crowd.
Through it all, our conviction remains unchanged.
We truly believe Richard Heart will overcome this latest chapter, emerge stronger, and ultimately prevail from this all at the end.
Time will tell the full story. We’re standing firm.
Richard Heart sure has a way of remaining a main character in Crypto every cycle
Always in the headlines, always in haters minds and mouths
CZ only went to jail for 4 months
Richard Hearts lawyers already beat the SEC
Are we delusional to think the clarification coming thanks to this arrest could end up being bullish for PulseChain?
One thing is for sure, the entire space is watching us again 👁️
Seeing a lot of speculation surrounding Richard Heart right now, especially people trying to tie everything back to the SEC.
It’s more likely connected to the ongoing tax situation in Finland.
Something worth understanding is how RH originally structured the sacrifices.
They weren’t presented as traditional fundraising rounds or token sales. Participants voluntarily sacrificed with no expectation of profit, no guaranteed tokens, and no contractual entitlement to anything in return.
The entire structure was built around the argument that these were voluntary contributions, not taxable business revenue. Any tokens distributed afterward were discretionary and initially presented as having zero value.
Whether that argument holds up under Finnish tax law is a completely different question, but the distinction matters.
Another thing people seem to overlook is that RH has known about these legal risks for years. I’d be shocked if he hasn’t already made extensive preparations to protect his assets, private keys, and the long-term survival of his projects.
As for why the Finland situation remains unresolved, we simply don’t know. It could be disagreements over how the sacrifices should be classified, disputes over the actual amounts owed, or information RH isn’t willing to disclose for security reasons.
Until more details become public, it’s all speculation.
Meanwhile, people are emotionally panic-selling as if something fundamentally changed overnight
PulseChain is still up and running producing blocks the whole chain is working flawlessly.
The biggest development here might actually be that we finally get some clarity and transparency into Finland’s case
At the end of the day, this looks like yet another wave of fear and speculation taking over the timeline.
People seem to forget that Richard has an experienced legal team that successfully fought off the SEC case. These legal challenges aren’t exactly unexpected, and I’d be surprised if he hasn’t spent years preparing for every possible outcome.
There’s still a lot we don’t know, but we remain confident this can ultimately be resolved in a positive way. No reason to let fear dictate the narrative before the facts are even out.
