Very nervous posting this but almost a year ago I was at an extreme low point and I decided enough. I started working out, fixing diet, practicing skincare, meditating and being kinder to myself I don't know who needs to hear this but: You can do it and I'm rooting for you ❤

I'm learning how to live here and taking it day by day. It will be tough to integrate but I'm excited for the journey. I don't know what I'll do here or what my plans are in a year. Sometimes you've gotta just take a leap of faith, you never know where you'll land.

One of the things I'm hearing is that a lot of people in Ukraine are going about their day, going to work, going on public transit. Somehow it feels worse that there's this surreal feeling of calm while the country is literally being invaded. I don't even know what I'd do

The fact there's a non-zero chance of WW3 scares the shit out of me and that's just a fraction of what folks in Ukraine on the ground are feeling. God this just sucks.
