The Supreme Court did not decide the ultimate legality of the Executive Order yesterday. But look carefully at what the majority did say.
The Court specifically described §2(b) as directing the Attorney General to prioritize investigation and prosecution of people who violate “existing federal laws” by issuing ballots to ineligible voters. It then emphasized that the Order identifies “an array of existing statutes for the Attorney General to enforce.”
That matters.
Because this conversation is rapidly moving beyond “prove somebody committed voter fraud.”
It is moving toward a much more fundamental question:
CAN OUR ELECTION RECORDS ACTUALLY RECONCILE?
That is exactly what Ken was demonstrating in the Rumble video.
An election is an accounting system.
You have a certified number of votes.
You have registered voters.
You have voter-history records showing who participated.
You have eligibility requirements.
You have federally required election records.
Those numbers and records should reconcile.
If the official record says a certain number of ballots were cast, but the voter records that are supposed to document participation cannot account for those votes, that discrepancy has to be explained.
Not dismissed.
Not hidden behind a certification.
Not answered with “prove fraud.”
RECONCILED.
And this is why yesterday's SCOTUS decision is much bigger than the political headline being sold to the public.
The Court just allowed the Executive Branch to continue doing its work and specifically pointed back to the enforcement of existing federal election laws.
The Executive Order itself expressly invokes the National Voter Registration Act and Help America Vote Act, while directing federal agencies toward citizenship verification, ballot accountability, enforcement and record preservation.
States administer elections. But federal elections are not exempt from federal law.
That is where this is headed:
DATA → RECONCILIATION → COMPLIANCE → ENFORCEMENT.
And when you understand that, the @andweknow Rumble video stops looking like a discussion about isolated voter-record anomalies.
It starts looking like the audit trail for the question the federal government is now being forced to confront:

For the past 2½ years, volunteers at @Unite4Freedom have done something many Americans had forgotten to do.
We went back to the Foundations of the Republic.
We studied the U.S. Constitution.
The Amendments.
Federal election law.
Supreme Court rulings that define elections as the mechanism through which the consent of the governed is expressed.
From Thomas Paine, who warned that freedom survives only when citizens defend it…
…to Justice Hugo Black, who wrote that no right is more precious in a free country than having a voice in elections.
Those realizations changed everything.
Because they revealed a simple truth:
Saving a republic has never been the job of politicians.
It has always been the job of citizens.
So ordinary Americans started doing extraordinary things:
• Learning the law
• Studying public records
• Asking hard questions
• Demanding transparency
• Standing up when others stayed silent
Not with anger.
Not with speculation.
But with evidence. Discipline. Courage.
The future of this country will not be decided by a handful of leaders.
It will be decided by millions of citizens who refuse to surrender their responsibility for self-government.

@Unite4Freedom We have studied State Provided Voter Roll Data in 35 states, we are making progress with the

DOJ
ODNI
and the Trump Legal Team.
We have been analyzing this data since 2021.
The below attached Phantom Voter Report shows that in DuPage, Cook, Kane and Winnebago Counties nearly 15% of the participating voters do not exists anywhere outside of the voter rolls. These are made up identities. Our evidence provides data which helps explain @ElectioNark findings.
The anomalies are great to look at and demonstrate some type of malfeasance in an anecdotal manner but there is no legal path for them. What we need is more people to understand the magnitude of the issues, be willing to share the truth and continue supporting the groups taking action and making progress.

We need valid, certifiable, transparent elections. We need accountability. As a nation, we have ignored the law and violations of the law far too long. The system needs work. It's been designed to be vulnerable. The entire process needs to be redesigned with security and data integrity as the priority. Then the law must be enforced, period!

This was not an act of war, it was a collaborative effort with the DOJ, to extract a man and his wife that were indicted on charges of Narco-terrorism, drug trafficking and other drug and weapons charges. The drug trafficking contributes to a national problem in the US - where drug overdoses killed more than 100,000 people in 2021, 2022 and 2023. As the Mayor of NY, there is no excuse for anything but support for this act of strength and demonstration that the US will not be intimidated and will not sit idly by while our citizens are attacked by foreign entities.

There is no dark money behind U4F. Dark money comes with strings, conditions, or a concession to be outright controlled. Having integrity in this fight for valid elections is not compatible with "conditions." We are fighting for our sovereignty and our liberty.
There definitely IS "conservative dark money," but that entanglement leads to the establishment of uni-party, not the promotion of conservative ideals. Like you said, two wings of the same bird. This is why states like Illinois seem to be "stuck" deep blue while "conservative" donors like Ziklag "promote" conservative candidates that repeatedly fail (lose).

Those are some favorites, but I should warn you, none of them are true.

On the record in 2024 the DuPage County Board rejected @unite4freedom data analysis, board members tore up our resolution, tossing it in the garbage and others panicked suggesting the board needed to create their own narrative to get in front of our findings.
Since U4F’s inception in 2023, the Illinois GOP has continued to tow the Uniparty line—showing zero interest in understanding what’s actually happening in our voter rolls.
Looks like panic to me.

Any California state or county election authority with lawful access to voter data is welcome to review our findings down to the individual records that failed. However, the request must be submitted formally and on the record.
Beyond that it is ironic that Unite4Freedom has analyzed THEIR data and used respected third party commercial identity databases to verify the identity of voters that voted. We did not invent information or create a verification process. We did an investigation complying with Federal Investigation methods. Tell us whether the county checked registrations and when and how they checked them. Did you check the voting rolls were accurate before the election? We have a valid study pointing to massive potential problems with who is voting in Orange County, California. Might there be false positives, perhaps, that is not the point. Prove to us that you have accurate voter rolls! Show us the voters are actually real people! Show us you knew the ballots were only issued to and counted only from eligible U.S. Citizens! Not surprising you have not offered a valid study because you did not do one. Do you know that under Federal Law issuing even a single ballot to a non-citizen or ineligible person is potentially a Federal crime? Do you know issuing a ballot to someone you do not know is a Federal Crime?

Why don’t you show us the evidence that your county only issues ballots to known, eligible, US citizens? We know you do not have any. We're bouncing back and forth between events like the acquisition of Dominion in October of this year to the creation of KnowInk which was founded in 2011. Are we talking about election fraud from 2024? or 2020? or both?
You appear to be trying to convince us that Trump was elected in 2024, “Fair and Square” because Elon Musk intercepted and ‘fixed’ the data that was being compromised to execute the ‘cheat’, but it doesn’t add up. The narrative has huge holes. There are thousands of people involved in investigating our elections – groups like Unite4Freedom have completed state by state analysis for two thirds of the country so far and not one state meets the legal standard for a certifiable election. Even if a ‘hacker’ was stopped in 2024, what about the millions of illegal or invalid registrations? What about the complete lack of chain of custody for mail-in ballots? What about the states that do not require voter ID, so we don’t know who is really voting in those states? Your story is titled… “Who Saved the 2024 Election” – I’d like to understand WHAT exactly did they save?
Musk was quoted as saying “We have a problem. It’s true.” On October 16th, 2024. So, you are telling us that “we” didn’t know it was true sooner? – are you suggesting that Trump was just running his mouth for 3 years, 11 months, and 12 days? Or maybe you are telling us that just Elon Musk didn’t know until October 16th?

I’m sorry but this problem is massive. The entire election process is being run in a way that makes fraudulent behavior easy to execute and difficult to catch or prosecute – particularly with a corrupt judiciary that uses the ‘standing’ argument to dispose of every inconvenient lawsuit. The only explanation is that there are many, MANY people that want the opportunity/ability to manipulate elections to continue
Most of what you are sharing has been discussed in a public forum at least since the day after the 2020 election, but if you have new, relevant intel, why is it coming out so slowly? I know that one little post at a time allows short disjointed comments to seem like they string together, so is that the point - to make a bunch of fragments feel like a story? Your post #1 of this thread is timestamped 1:40 PM EST on November 24th. Nine days have passed, and you haven’t shared all of what you know. Is it that unimportant? As we roll into the primary season for the 2026 election, do we have weeks to hear what you could share in a 90 minute (or less) video?

We DO NOT HAVE FAIR elections - they are a mess. The data is a mess. We need to spread that truth everywhere so we can get someone to act on behalf of the American people to fix the fraudulent and illegal means and methods that lead to election results that do not meet the legal standard for a certifiable election.
Now with a single post - you are undermining the efforts of thousands of people - hundreds of which I have worked with directly - doing the analysis to uncover what is really happening.
The idea that the 2024 was fair and valid is a distortion that will confuse and mislead everyone that saw what happened in 2020 and everyone that knows nothing tangible has been done to correct those issues we all witnessed in 2020.
