@flyfrenchbee The person talking to me said she can't help me in any way. She said she does not have a supervisor. She refused to provide any way to identify her other than stating that her name is Yeesi the US contact.

@flyfrenchbee I rushed to SFO as fast as I could. I was at the window right as they were closing it. The agents refused to see me. I was told that the flight was full. I was told to call the reservations number 1-833-376-7158.

@flyfrenchbee I was not able to check in online due to your website intake form not taking an address in Paris. Because of this your website was not issuing me a boarding pass online. AGAIN your website is not working properly and I am forced to use the window in airport.
