Why people actually join Impact Strength & Performance? • Veteran-owned and operated. The culture is discipline, integrity, and service—not a sales floor or a place where you disappear into the crowd. It is rooted in God, country, and community. Members and long-time fitness professionals describe it as having soul from the moment you walk in. • More than a gym—it feels like home. Google sits at 5.0 from 43 reviews. An IFBB pro and professional trainer who has trained in gyms across the country said none of them felt like this one. Parents credit the coaching and culture for their kids’ development (including a Division I scholarship). People who were stagnant elsewhere say they are finally growing. • You are met where you are—then not left there. Beginners, early-morning parents, first responders, disabled veterans reclaiming strength, and athletes chasing the next level train under the same roof. Different levels, different backgrounds, one standard. • Elite equipment and coaches who actually coach. State-of-the-art free weights, turf, performance space, and a clean facility built for real work. Independent training is included. Personal training and group classes are available when you want more accountability. • Accountability that carries beyond the gym. Structured strength, grit-building conditioning, and a standard that shows up in the rest of life. You do not join ISP to rent a treadmill. You join because you are done going through the motions. Location: 249 NW 71st Street, Oklahoma City Free 3-day pass: ispokc.com Memberships (month-to-month): Student ~$46, Special (military/senior/first responder) ~$63, Standard ~$75. “One of the greatest luxuries a man can have is a brother, not by blood, but by bond. Someone who checks on you, backs you, and never lets you fight a battle alone.” “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.” — Proverbs 17:17 ~ Not everyone sticks around when it gets hard, find your brotherhood!

#ImpactMindset The easiest way to destroy a strong group is to divide it first. Protect your relationships, it’s often your greatest strength. That’s not theory — that’s how teams, families, brotherhoods, and units get broken from the inside. In the gym. On the field. In your marriage. In your inner circle. The strength isn’t just the talent in the room. It’s the trust that keeps the room together. Don’t let small cracks become fractures. Don’t let outsiders or your own ego pick at the seams. Guard the relationships that make the group strong. That’s leadership. That’s brotherhood. Find your community and hold on to it!

To our young people that start football season tonight, or even those that started a few weeks ago. I ask that you take a second, walk the field before the game, regardless of who’s field it is, and fall to your knees and just touch the grass or turf. Embrace the moments your not promised. Friday nights will run out, that feeling won’t last forever. Regardless of how far this game takes you, never forget the innocence on Friday nights. A moment when controlled chaos and emotion from young people of different backgrounds, beliefs and ethnicities come together for one common goal. The moment that you can turn off all the noise and hate in this world and just embrace each other and compete. Find what your playing for, and play hard, because one day you won’t have anymore Friday nights. HAVE A GREAT SEASON, LOVE YOU AND PROUD OF YOU!! ~ Coach Tom George @QBimpact @QBiFlorida @qbimpacttexas @QBiOklahoma @QBimpactHI @QBi_Louisiana @SkillzEvolutio2 @coach_brodie @LinemanUnivers1
