🎥 ANDY SINTON: COMING HOME “Did I feel connected to the club? No. Not at all.” Hard to believe those words came from Andy Sinton. As Forever R's celebrates its 10th anniversary, we wanted to hear from someone who's helped so many former players reconnect with QPR. From that wonderful early-90s side to his passionate matchday commentary, Andy has become a familiar part of life at Rangers. Yet for over 20 years, he felt disconnected from the club he loved. In our latest R Connection, Andy shares how he found his way back, and why helping others do the same means so much to him. Full interview next Tuesday on X, Apple Podcasts & Spotify. 🔵⚪️ #QPR #RConnection @AndySintonQPR @QPR @ChrisGuyW12

FSA chair Tom Greatrex said: “The State of the Game report clearly highlights the unsustainable, broken model of football’s finances. “How is our national game, which generates billions in revenue every year, in such a perilous condition with so many clubs living hand-to-mouth and reliant on regular handouts from owners? “Whether you are a football finance expert or a match going supporter who pays little attention to off-field issues, it is astonishing that almost one in three clubs could not survive for more than a month if an owner stopped funding them. “This is an alarm call for English men’s professional football that must precipitate real and lasting change.”

This looks like a very interesting series of interviews coming from @MattWinton2 - linking to #QPR supporters and their history with @QPR via @RConnection1882. Interview #1: With @AKUTRS' Dave Thomas @QPRtrust

DAVE THOMAS: THE CONSTANT THREAD We’re thrilled to finally launch R Connection, an archive of the collective memory of QPR, told through the people young and old who are connected to the club. There was only one person we wanted to start with. Dave Thomas has one of the great QPR stories, and his R Connection sums up exactly why we wanted to start this project. Dave couldn’t get his camera working on the day, so we’ve used photographs and archive imagery alongside the conversation instead. Hopefully you’ll forgive us, because the stories are well worth it. We’ll share links to the podcast version shortly. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did. @akutrs #QPR

I got fed up with the constant negativity around QPR. Rangers is one of the few things that still brings us together in this fractured world, obviously not on here 😂 So my brother @3inton and I made @RConnection1882. Give us a follow. #QPR
