The Reflecting Pool at Fountain of the Fairs is now a misting garden that will refresh visitors on summer days!  Today we unveiled the new upgrades to this World's Fair site in Flushing Meadows Corona Park that includes new pavement and new seating. on.nyc.gov/2TxkBOp

It was a beautiful September day to open the @NYCParks new Betty Carter Park in Fort Greene, #Brooklyn. @McKissackCorp is proud to have constructed this triangular park, preserved its mature trees and to have provided an urban respite honoring a neighborhood cultural icon.

We're transforming Ferry Point Park's East Waterfront into a new scenic destination. When it opens in 2021, it will feature a brand new walking path, scenic lookout points, and a saltwater marsh to support our wildlife & care for the environment. More at on.nyc.gov/2N6wzLg.

The Nature Walk was created by environmental sculpture artist George Trakas and built by landscape architect Quennell Rothschild as a commission of the Percent for Art program. It received an Award for Excellence in Design from the Public Design Commission in 2016.
