Schools who have moved away from a points progress system and more towards just saying children are working below, working towards, expected and greater depth - how are you showing progress for children with SEN who are clearly making good progress but won’t come out of wb?

8 weeks of reading progress!! Smashed it Y6! (The data nerd in me loves the colours 😂😍). Will always stand by how we teach reading for its huge impact!

Anyone know of any lessons or visitors etc who can support with children using the word ‘gay’ to be unkind!? Feel like we have one year group in particular who need support with this.

If anyone else has a reading team or group of children in school who are reading ambassadors etc what sort of jobs do they do? We are introducing this from Monday and already got lots of ideas but don’t wanna miss anything!

Inspired by @_MissieBee to take our reading records more online this year. Trialling this in year six where each child will have their own stream and will have some focus questions each week to discuss their book. Can’t wait to share with each other every week! #welovereading
