🧵8 STOCKS THAT TRADE CHEAP IN REALTION TO THEIR GROWTH👇
1/ $META - Meta Platforms
🔹Revenue Growth: +26%
I agree, there are a lot more attractive buys in the market.👇
$NFLX ISN’T CHEAP YET. ⚠️
Be careful who you listen to on here.
Netflix is entering value territory, but there’s a BIG difference between a great company and a great investment.
My 2030 target: $126
🔹 $6.30 EPS by 2030
🔹 20x P/E — an extremely fair multiple for $NFLX given its low-double-digit earnings growth, potentially slowing to single digits
🔹 Implies a $126 share price
At $63, that’s an 18.9% CAGR over 4 years. Decent, but not enough to get me excited.
At $45? That’s a 22.9% CAGR over 5 years.
I don’t buy great businesses at any price. I BUY when the price makes the return worth the risk.
$NFLX at $45 gets my attention. 🎯
$AVGO and $APP are two stocks at the top of my watchlist that I'm highly considering a position in.
$AVGO — Take 2027 EPS of $19.29, apply a 25x multiple, and you get a $482 stock price with +46.6% upside potential.
$APP — Take 2027 EPS of $19.99, apply a 25x multiple, and you get a $500 stock price with +91.6% upside potential.

$AVGO's debt is elevated because of VMware — $69B in 2023.
Broadcom has deleveraged since then, and AI spend growth means it can deleverage even faster now.
$AVGO's software segment currently makes up ~30% of total revenue.
$8.8B of software out of $29.6B total.
That share is expected to get less meaningful over time, as AI revenue grows at a much higher clip:
FY2026: $58B (+186% YoY)
FY2027: $115B (+98% YoY)
FY2028: $230B (+100% YoY)
Software, by comparison, is growing at ~15% (ARR).

$NVDA is trading at a forward PE of 13.3x on 2027 earnings.
$NVDA expects 70% revenue growth. The outlook factors in zero China revenue and is supply-constrained — actual demand is a lot larger.
If you take 15.81 and apply a 20x multiple to it, you get a $316 stock, giving you 50% upside.

🚨 $SOFI IS ABSURDLY CHEAP RIGHT NOW 🚨
Trading near a 3-year low forward PE of 20x.
For a company that just grew revenue 43% last quarter.
The market only cares about rates right now.
The growth hasn't stopped.
Massive upside with ZERO multiple expansion.
Add any expansion on top, and this thing runs even harder.
Are you buying $SOFI here?
🧵BUY THE COMPANY, NOT THE STOCK. PRICE CAN LAG FUNDAMENTALS. LONG TERM, IT CATCHES UP. THAT GAP IS THE OPPORTUNITY.
