🔥🚨 JUST IN: Ilhan Omar says HSI agents went room by room through her house and took seventeen items, including multiple phones.
She confirmed they seized her personal phone, an old travel phone of hers, her youngest daughter’s first phone that was sitting in the daughter’s room, and a phone she had just gotten replaced that was still in her possession.
The search lines up with the court documents that list her as Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar, while DOJ continues the formal process around the warrant.
The volume of devices taken shows the investigation is treating the electronics as relevant evidence.
