Today, @RAMrwanda in collaboration with @RwandaIndustry and @EnabelinRwanda held a Public-Private Dialogue on #MadeinRwanda construction materials in stone and clay value chains. This PPD discussed the challenges and policy gaps that are hindering its growth and competitiveness.

Today @RAMrwanda participated in the consultative meeting with EAC,SADC and COMESA Business Councils on the joint implementation of the AfCFTA. For AfCFTA to be effective, it was recommeded that the promotion of the manufacturing sector to be competitive be made a priority.

Today @RAMrwanda in collaboration with @RwandaTrade and @giz_gmbh organized a 2 days workshop to provide insights on how to export under the #AfCFTA protocol and assess the readiness of manufacturers to export to some already identified markets. #MadeinRwanda.

Today, @RAMrwanda members completed a 5 days training on Rules of Origin under #AfCFTA organized in collaboration with @RwandaTrade and @giz_gmbh #GIZProgrammesupporttotheAfCFTA.

Today @RAMrwanda met with Mr. Hairi Zainal, Trade Commissioner of Malaysia for Eastern and Southern Africa. The discussions focused on creating and facilitating business partnerships between Rwandan manufacturers and their Malaysian counterparts.
