Hello new followers! Allow me to introduce my journey. Spent most my life as a crash dieting weight yoyo. ~7yrs ago I dropped 1/4 my body weight and have maintained it since. My current focus is low carb and lifting for symptom management of recently diagnosed health conditions.

If I'm going to become a fitfatfluencer I'm probably going to need a few more trays of this.

Feels good to be back in tank tops, I was starting to forget what my muscles look like.

When I left last week this was just a few little grass sprouts.

Little girl (3-4ish) sitting next to me and her mom has a bitty baby strapped to her body. Don't think they'll even notice the fact that I smell like I live in an ethnic restaurant.

I was hanging out in the kitchen while my brother prepped dinner for the kids before taking me to the airport and now I smell like onions and garlic. My apologies to whoever sits next to me on the plane...

Idk, I kinda feel like if you're going to use a stock image of a woman flexing on a post about strength gains you could at least find one of a woman who actually has something to flex.

Pleasantly surprised by these Walmart brand shakes. I grabbed them because I only needed 2 shakes and the singles were only $2.27 each. Just as good as any other ultra-filtered milk shake, no weird mouth sliminess, no funky aftertaste.

Turns out they weaned calves yesterday. Now I'm just back to being sad for the mama cows who cried all night because they miss their calves.

6:30am and they're still going. I'm staying in a shop on the side of the property right by the cows. Not much sleep was had last night.

Coming up on 10 o'clock. The neighbor's cows have been moo screaming for hours. At first I was sad for them, they seem pretty upset about something, but now I'm just annoyed it's keeping me awake. Wifi just went out too, so I can't even drown out the noise with Netflix.
