UFC Champion Joshua Van on Sean Strickland’s problems with UFC fighter’s pay, “He signed a contract in May, then fought Khamzat and won…. Instead of going on Twitter (X) and going on and all that sh*t, he should have talked to Dana and said I want to renegotiate behind closed doors. Then the boss would have been like okay let’s talk about this. This is what you want, you beat the boogeyman. But now it’s a whole mess. If you work at a 9-5 job and you go off to your boss (in public) and say pay me this much, they are gonna be like WHAT THE F*ck? So now he is in a bad spot.” #UFC #MMA #RG3 #OuttaPocket

UFC Champion Joshua Van on Justin Gaethje potentially retiring, “I think he deserves to retire. Look at his career. How many times has he fought for the title?…and this is the 1st time he won. We gotta look at his age too. He’s not getting any younger.” #MMA #RG3 #OuttaPocket

Washington Commanders vs San Francisco 49ers Game Reaction 3 things we learned from the Commanders: 1. The Washington Commanders players have not quit on Dan Quinn, but at 1-4-1 they are about to get him fired. Jayden Daniels gave Washington a chance to win in the end, but he and his team still have to answer for the plays that killed that chance. Throwing the ball away on 4th down from San Francisco’s 13 yard line, the intentional grounding and the sack to end the game vs a 3 man rush on the final possession just can’t happen. His next step is making the correct situational decision when extending the play no longer helps. You can defend his talent while demanding better execution. This team has too many clock management and situational football blunders. 2. Washington’s most painful loss from the game was Terry McLaurin. The implications extend beyond one receiver’s catches. He will miss time and Washington must replace the defensive attention he commands as well as his production and most importantly his leadership. 3. The Commanders have to start games faster. They keep making their best football a rescue mission. At halftime, San Francisco had 303 yards to Washington’s 90. The 49ers had accumulated 17 first downs—the same number of offensive plays Washington had run. To climb out of a 1-4-1 hole, Washington can’t keep having to overcome a deficit created by both units. Starting faster would make Daniels’ late-game heroics far more valuable. Jayden Daniels can make the impossible look possible. Now Washington needs to stop making the possible look impossible. For the 49ers: 1-Malik Mustapha is a beast. 2-Put some RESPECT on Brock Purdy’s name. Not just a system QB, but he did complete 72.4% of his passes with a 9.1 yards per attempt and a 111.9 passer rating. 3-Mike Evans’ injury exposed how much his presence matters to this offense. Evans had three catches for 94 yards before leaving with an Achilles injury before halftime. That’s an incredible 31.3 yards per catch. 49ers scored 3 points after halftime without him.

Jalen Hurts is fighting for his life with multiple deep vein thrombosis blood clots in his lungs and a blood clot that traveled from his leg to his lungs. This is why Michael Robinson’s questioning of his motives for being held out of a game were unethical and dangerous. Players don’t fake blood clots. Let’s all pray for Jalen Hurts 🙏🏾

GAME REACTION: Dallas Cowboys vs Green Bay Packers 3 Big Takeaways we learned from the Dallas Cowboys 1. Dak Prescott has to play better and the Offensive line has to play better so he isnt a human punching bag in the pocket. Because the Defense’s reputation cannot keep giving the offense a free pass. Dallas has to get CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens involved earlier. Dallas were using their star WRs CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens like supporting actors in the first half. At halftime, Lamb had two catches for 22 yards on six targets and Pickens had one catch for 16 yards on one target. 3 catches for 38 yards isnt winning football. They need more quality targets and schemes that generate easy completions for them and Dak Prescott. Throwing the ball 54 times and only scoring 13 points is an OFFENSIVE FAILURE. 2. The Cowboys’ defense was so broken in the first half, it made the NFL’s worst third-down offense look unstoppable. Green Bay entered in last place in the NFl only converting 27.6% of its third downs. They went 9-for-10 in the first half and Dallas showed exactly why they were last in the NFL on 3rd downs on defense. Dallas is giving struggling offenses a place to get healthy and confident. Getting to third down means nothing if you can’t get off the field. BUT then in the second half the defense flipped a switch finally gave the offense a chance and the offense wasted it. Cowboy’s Defense held the Packers to just 2 of 8 on 3rd down in the 2nd half allowed only six 2nd half points. The first-half defensive criticism still stands, but Dallas got enough stops after halftime to make a comeback possible. 3. Green Bay’s D looks like a playoff contending defense and Matthew Golden is HIM. The Packers have allowed 14, seven and 13 points during their three consecutive wins. They look like a playoff caliber defnese now only giving up 11.3 points per game the last 3 weeks. WR Matthew Golden is THRIVING in the Packers offense this year. Target share has increased from 11% last season to 23%, Route participation has increased from 54% to 82%. More cathces, yards and TDs in 6 games this yesr than he had in 14 gamesast season. His production has a stronger foundation because they are makign getting him the ball in multiple different ways a part of the weekly gameplan instesd of just throwing him an occasional deep shot. #Cowboys #Packers #football #nfl #outtapocket #reaction #rg3
