In September, Griekspoor called the USO final "rather mediocre," said he has trouble watching Zverev because "he bounces the ball 400 times," and when asked if he'd overtake Sinner: "not a hair on my head thinks so."
Thursday, Zverev can clinch #1 with a win over... Griekspoor.

Thats some loss by Djoker!!! Struff doesnt generate a single break chance in the 3rd, and still bets Djoker in the 3rd set tiebreak!!
Djoker's chances of Qualifying for Turin are getting realllll slim right now! Currently he's 290 points behind Jodar!! (1/2)
so IF he gets help, he'll still need to AT LEAST make the Semi's in The Paris Masters in order to Qualify
@TennisUpdates26
damn that was strange!! Djoker wins the first set, and has 4 good chances to break Struff in the 2nd set AND FAILS to convert on all of them!!
Struff wasnt in a single service game in the 2nd set, but Djoker comes up small as he tries to get set into a tiebreak. CRAZY RARE!!
does this match end up costing a spot in Turin?
have to say, it sure felt like a pretty routine win by Djoker.... n then suddenly .. it wasnt!
