Incredibly fortunate to have had my start in the business at TCU working for @FBCoachP . I certainly would not be the same without learning from him. Congrats, Coach!

Missing your smile and leadership a little extra today. 1 year and still a day I’ll never forget. Not a day goes by where I don’t look up from my desk and wish you were walking into my office with your grin and hearing Missss Rachhhh just for a chat. Miss you, Dre.
So proud! Equipment roots to DFO! Lucky to have seen you grow from a tadpole at TCU 😉🥲 Congrats, Lex!

It’s not about what you do; it’s about how you do it. Every team runs drills, lifts weights, and puts in the hours.
That’s not special—that’s the baseline.
What separates champions from contenders isn’t the work itself; it’s the standard of that work.
