Serious Road Accident Reported at Kondoo, Timboroa
Earlier today, A North Rift Nissan matatu collided head-on with a lorry transporting ballast at Kondoo along the Timboroa- Eldoret route.
The number of casualties and the extent of injuries remain unknown. Ambulance services, traffic police officers and emergency responders rushed to the scene and assist those involved.
Motorists travelling through the area are advised to exercise extreme caution
A while ago,@KeNHAKenya and @KURAroads used to baptize our highways with loose chippings especially Thika Road and Southern bypass. Now Thika road is barely marked and is slippery when wet. Wonder what changed or that loophole was closed.
Even then , fuel levy is adequate to ensure our roads have the required grip.
