In a separate change, Racing WA has decided to no longer participate in the Jericho Cup series. This will see the Jericho Cup Qualifier previously conducted at Albany in April replaced by the $50K Anzac Cup, which will retain the existing RTG 66+ conditions over 3100m #waracing
Albany Racing Club has made the decision to move away from the slot race format for the Bluff Knoll. The 2027 edition will instead be run on Sunday, 14 March as a RTG 72+ Handicap over 1099m for $100,000 in total prizemoney #waracing
