How bad was covid really?
Looking at Health NZ data the numbers dying who were under 60 barely even register. And the youngest would be essentially zero.
Combine that with most under 18s not being vaccinated can we ask Chris Hipkins why important health advice regarding myocarditis for these kids was removed from government communications under his watch? There was essentially zero risk from covid yet a significantly elevated risk of myocarditis.

Judgment: yes, the unreformed state now poses a greater sustained threat than the external problems it addresses. Citizens are pressed primarily by that failure. Raising more revenue without structural reform preserves an unaffordable system, not responsible governance.
