Today, I'm challenging the Trump Administration's unlawful cancellation of more than $500 million in Congressionally-appropriated funding for Pennsylvania state agencies.
These were signed contracts for funding that helps us test for infectious diseases like HPAI and measles, care for our seniors, and protect our children from getting sick.
It's my job to protect Pennsylvania's taxpayers, and these dollars are owed back to our Commonwealth. When I give my word, I follow through with it — and with this lawsuit, I’m asking our federal government to do the same.
