I’ve never put a company on blast, but well over 3 hours across 2.5 weeks and 4 different attempts at resolution from @MarriottBonvoy have gotten me nowhere. TLDR: this was the “clean room” I reserved, checked into, &

I’ve repeated the story from start to finish 4 different times on the phone + once in writing. The last time, my phone call lasted almost an hour before I was disconnected from the person I was assured was a manager, whose solution was to reach back out to the hotel itself. /8
I’m a @MarriottBonvoy member; before this trip I’d already booked my next stay. Since the start, I’ve asked for a free night on a future reservation to make up the nt I was promised a room I didn’t receive. At this point, I’m not sure there will be any such future reservations.
