So GTA 6 doesn't look to have moved the needle at all for Xbox, out of all of Microsoft's failures this has to be the worst.
If the biggest entertainment launch of all time can't move the needle for your hardware then it's game over, cause there is nothing else you can do at this point.
This is why a games company should never try to appease fanboys, they don't understand the business, they can't be objective and tend to look at everything through a tribal lens, they can't see the wood for the trees.
Ultimately, a business needs to make money and Xbox as a brand has tanked completely outside of the US & UK and even within them. Microsoft needs to go the third party route, yes it will piss off Xbox fanboys but the main purpose of a business is to make money not to appease gamers on social media who are terminally online, it is not reality.
Going third party will be the best thing for Microsoft and for devs at Microsoft, it will stop the bleeding.
It is still mind boggling to me that they pulled a relic IP like Gears Of War off PS5 to appease Xbox fans, that is extremely asinine.

Rockstar described how insanely realistic the police system and NPC behavior are in GTA 6:
- If you’re wanted and hide inside a bus, police driving past won’t search it if they didn’t see you get on
- If you leave the wanted area, police have no logical reason to search the bus
- In GTA 5, police would simply spawn where you’re hiding and start searching, even if you leave the wanted area, which forces you to stay on the run
- If you want to rob a store full of NPCs, you can pick up fights with them, provoke them then immediately defuse the situation, and they’ll actually leave the store. This way you’ll have fewer witnesses
- The game’s systems are designed to behave logically and realistically

Se cumplen diez años del fallecimiento del actor John O'Creagh, quien interpretó a Uncle en la saga Red Dead Redemption.
O'Creagh falleció a los 67 años debido a complicaciones derivadas de un coágulo de sangre durante las fases medias del desarrollo del videojuego Red Dead Redemption 2.
El actor James McBride asumió el papel de Uncle para completar la gran mayoría de los diálogos de la historia principal.
A pesar del cambio de actor, parte de su trabajo original se mantuvo intacto. Cuando escuchamos a Uncle cantar en el campamento de la banda de Van der Linde, la voz que suena es la del propio John O'Creagh.
Para inmortalizar su memoria, Rockstar Games nombró a un lago del juego en su honor. El pintoresco lago O'Creagh's Run, ubicado en la región de Grizzlies East.

Rockstar should make GTA 6 a global launch rather than midnight if they want as many people as possible to watch the Heat event (A Night in Vice City) on November 18, and also to prevent early spoilers.
Currently, anyone with a New Zealand account will have GTA 6 unlocked 13 hours before the event even begins, so social media will be flooded with people discussing it instead of the event.
However, a midnight rollout for pre-loading makes total sense to help balance server strain when everyone starts downloading, but the actual release should be synchronized globally since there’s currently no online mode.
