I have never been so enraged and appalled by customer service than I have by @virginmedia! It took an hour of trying every option on the automated menu & when you finally get to a human its like they've all been drugged - completely apathetic! And the online chat was even worse!

I needed the bus before that (timetabled 7.09) because the train leaves from Hampton Court at 7:23!!
We have 1 bus every 15 mins from where we live. If the bus doesn't show up, we all miss our train. WHERE'S THE BLOODY BUS @TfL ?!
