Thissss. And ensure you always ask people for review/feedback as well. Sometimes, you won’t know others are seeing 9 except you can also look at it from their view. And you can only make them see 6 when you first understand what’s making them see 9. For more context, you can remain blind to the clarity problem your brand is having if you refuse to look at it from others perspective. When you pause and see it from their perspective, then you’d understand what you’re communicating wrongly and how to fix it. It’s not that you ain’t clear sometimes. You’re just simply “clear” in the wrong way. I hope someone gets this.
If you say you’re building a 6, but from where I’m standing, it looks like a 9, who’s to blame? You for not communicating clearly enough, or me for interpreting what I see from my own perspective? Sometimes, the problem isn’t what you’re building. It’s how you’re communicating it.

For the Safety of My Family! Good evening, everyone, and to anyone who reads this. Something happened today, and the reason I’m making this post is that it happened at my home, where my family lives. It’s our house, and my family’s safety is paramount to me! Today, October 21, around 8pm, I had a back-and-forth with an @inDrive rider. Here’s what happened. I was at the Island, where I went to see my very good friend, who had lost his dad. I tried to use Bolt to book a ride, but it was busy. I don’t use inDrive, so my friend booked a ride for me. The inDrive fare was 25,100, and I accepted! MR. CHARLES ETIM BASSEY called me and asked where I was headed. I told him Ayobo. Then, in his words, MR. BASSEY said that if I was going with the AC on, I would pay 30,000, and if I was going without AC, we would stick with the 25,100. I said okay. When he arrived, he wanted to turn on the AC. I told him I didn’t need it because I wasn’t feeling well and would throw up. Plus, since it was already evening, I’d rather just use the natural air. THE AC WASN’T ON! My friend asked if I used the AC, and I said no, although there were the usual hold-ups, etc. I got home, and my friend, who had ordered the ride, sent 28,000 to account for the hold-up. MR. CHARLES ETIM BASSEY created a scene at my family’s house, and other landlords came out. He went ahead and took pictures of our house, sent them to a group chat, and said, in his words, “This is the house.” I picked up my phone, too, and took pictures of him and his car. He asked inDrive to provide the call recording, and I told him that if the recording contradicted my account, I would pay 32,000. He didn’t provide the recording and kept creating a scene. My friend called and explained the same thing to the other landlords. Why am I putting this out here? This is my family’s house, and their safety is paramount to me! IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY HOUSEHOLD OR OUR HOUSE, MR. CHARLES ETIM BASSEY, AN INDRIVE RIDER, SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE! This is his car and his picture. Thank you.
A alarm post by 10pm! I will appreciate our engagement thank you🤝

To round up this series, let’s talk about Distribution. Distribution is how your product gets from your project to your user. It determines where and how the user access this product. This could mean using a protocol through a wallet integration, finding a game on a gaming platform, or acquiring a token through an exchange. But you need to understand that getting people interested in your product is different from making it accessible to them. A game could attract attention on X, but players have to navigate a complicated setup before they can even start playing. Your content might be doing its job. But if accessing the game feels like too much work, some potential players will leave before experiencing its value. I mean, no one wants to go through unnecessary stress. That’s why distribution is important in your marketing strategy. You need to consider where your target audience already spends time and how easily they can access your product. You should know a product can have great positioning, strong messaging, and an effective campaign, yet struggle to gain adoption if people can’t easily access it. And that brings us to the end of this marketing metrics series. From revenue and CAC, LTV to retention, ROAS, and now distribution, every metric helps us understand a different part of the project. Do well to check out for anyone you missed. Catch y’all later🥂✨
Let’s discuss the part most founders are concerned about. ROAS. Your ads are bringing in money, but are they making you money? Or the KOLs hired, are they bringing conversion? Let’s say you’re running a Web3 gaming project. You spend $500 promoting your game through paid influencers. The campaign brings in new players, and those players generate $2,000 in revenue through in-game purchases. To know if the campaign performed well, you calculate your ROAS. ROAS = Revenue from Ads ÷ Ad Spend In this case: $2,000 ÷ $500 = 4 That’s a 4× ROAS. For every $1 you spent, you generated $4 in revenue. Sounds good, right? But let’s look beyond the numbers. >> ROAS is not the same as profit. That $2,000 is revenue, not money you get to keep. You still have to account for game development costs, payment processing fees, rewards paid to players, and other expenses. If those costs eat up most of your revenue, a 4× ROAS might not be as impressive as it looks. >> Not every campaign that generates revenue is a good campaign. Let’s take this example: Campaign A spends $500 and generates $2,000 in revenue. Campaign B spends $500 and generates $3,000 in revenue. Campaign B has a higher ROAS. But what if Campaign A attracts players who return every week and keep making purchases, while Campaign B attracts players who make one purchase and never return? The second campaign generated more immediate revenue, but the first might be building a more valuable player base. This is why marketers need to look beyond ROAS and consider retention, customer lifetime value (LTV), and acquisition cost (CAC). Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) tells you how much revenue your advertising generates relative to what you spend. Also make sure the revenue you’re attributing to ads actually came from those campaigns. Otherwise, you might give a campaign credit for sales that would have happened anyway. Catch you on the next one🥂✨

Most people have gotten used to dumping research, reasoning, analysis, idea generation, risk assessment, and coordination  All onto a single model and then wondering why the results feel incomplete or generic. Doing it that way  treats intelligence as one thing. Now there is an AI project exploring the opposite idea.  How? A thread 🧵

Every marketer is always thinking of how to get a new user. How about we pause for a second and understand retention. Retention is simply how well a product keeps users coming back after their first interaction. Let’s say a project acquires 100 users in October. By November, 70 of those users are still actively using the product. That means the project has 70% retention for that period, assuming you’re measuring the same user cohort. But retention isn’t just about users returning. It tells you whether the product is giving them a reason to return. Asides working on users acquisition campaigns, a marketer should pay attention to the number of those users still here after 7, 30, or 90 days… For founders, low retention can be a signal that acquisition is covering up a product problem. If users try the product once and disappear, getting more people in won’t necessarily solve the problem. It is very important to pay attention to retention in this space because incentives can attract users temporarily. A user who comes for rewards but leaves when the rewards stop isn’t necessarily retained. Customer acquisition isn’t where it ends. To get a good Lifetime Value, you need to give them enough value to come back. I hope you’re enjoying this series as much as I am 🤭 Read the previous ones for better understanding, because one leads to the other. Catch you on the next one 🥂

I’ve wanted to start YouTube automation for some time now But as a student still struggling with school bills and other things, I had to drop it. And that’s because I do not have enough to subscribe for tools. After taking a class, I found out tools subscription are 100k+ monthly. ~ Elevenlabs ~ CapCut ~ Claude ~ Canva To mention few. Many of us are young adults genuinely struggling to make something out of life, and these tools pro version just seem impossible to get. That’s the kinda thought that birth @aiorapremium_01 Having access to these premium tools shouldn’t be so difficult. With Aiora, you get these tools and premium version of different apps at very affordable prices. You won’t believe the rates you’d get there. You won’t get those rates elsewhere, trust me. And most importantly, it’s all so easy and working smoothly. Well, I found something useful and just thought to put you on. You can choose to keep paying ridiculous prices, or lay your hands on premium for less. Catch y’all later 🥂✨

🚨 PLEASE RT, AMPLIFY & DONATE. I'm crowdfunding $600 (₦800,000) to help my family secure our house rent and get the tools I need to continue building a career that can support me and my family. This is not an easy post for me to make. I have always tried to do what I can with what I have, but right now, my family and I are facing a difficult situation, and I need help getting through it. Our house rent was increased unexpectedly, and we are struggling to raise the money needed to secure our home. My mum runs a business, but she doesn't have enough capital to keep it running comfortably. She depends on loans to sustain the business, which makes it difficult to cover other important expenses. With the unexpected rent increase, the financial pressure at home has become even heavier. Watching my mum struggle to keep her business going while also trying to provide for us is heartbreaking. I want to be able to help her, and I'm doing everything I can to contribute. I'm a writer and a creative, wanting to build skills in motion design, AI project management and product management. I spend my time learning, creating and looking for opportunities because I want to become financially independent and eventually be in a position to take care of my family. But right now, we have an urgent need that cannot wait for me to get there. My crowdfunding goal is $600 (₦800,000), and the priority is our house rent. The money raised will help us deal with the unexpected rent increase and give my family some much needed breathing room. I'm also hoping to put part of the funds towards getting a reliable phone and laptop for work. Having the right tools would make it easier for me to write, work on creative projects, improve my skills and take on more opportunities. I don't want to keep finding myself in situations where an unexpected expense threatens everything I'm trying to build. I want to create a more stable future for myself and my family, and this fundraiser is one step towards that. I'm not asking anyone to solve every problem in my life. I'm asking for help with a situation that has become difficult for my family and me to handle alone. If you have ever enjoyed my writing, supported my work, or simply believe in helping someone who is trying to build a better life, I would be genuinely grateful for your support. Every donation, no matter the amount, brings us closer to securing our home. If you are unable to donate, please help me amplify this post. A retweet, a quote tweet or sharing the fundraiser with someone who might be willing to help could make a real difference. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Thank you to everyone who donates, shares or sends words of encouragement. Your support means more to me than I can explain. 🙏🏽 Crowdfunding goal: $600 / ₦800,000 Donate here👇 Spenda 🆔: 30374193 Usdt Address: 0x91524875c0a089037C8a6cd1D12c4cE42a953E23 Account Number: 8997179076 (palmpay) Daniels Diana

One thing i pay attention to when looking at an onchain asset is what happens after you acquire it. an asset becomes more useful when it can interact with different parts of an ecosystem instead of being limited to one function that is something great about strkBTC. And once it is on @Starknet , it can be used in different ways across the ecosystem, from supplying liquidity and using it as collateral to lending or staking through supported applications. i think this is an important part of the bigger BTCFi conversation. the focus is not only on bringing BTC onto another network, i think it is also about making the asset useful across different applications once it gets there. so for me, that is where the idea of composability becomes important, the same BTC backed asset can have different roles depending on what the user actually wants to do. Btw that gives strkBTC a much broader purpose within the Starknet ecosystem.
