Sophie Campbell had some excellent characterization of Kara throughout her run so far. She characterizes Kara as the honorable, brave and kind young woman that she was always meant to be. There's a large focus on rehabilitation, grief and leadership. I don't see the issue.
Artemis has definitely experienced whitewashing but she is definitely a racialized woman that experiences racism within the text and in the way writers and fans perceive her. She's also been depicted with brown skin and Arab features many times.
Superman and Wonder Woman go to a discotheque together and Superman almost causes a fire from dancing too hard.
Automatic 10/10
I can't wait unti people find out there's an ACTUAL Arab Wonder Woman and the don't need to headcanon a white lady as a woc and can just support characters of color instead
This was a good issue with a really strong emotional Endo. But the fake out kiss between Diana and Zatanna is some of the most shameless queerbait I've ever seen
8/10
Dickkory fans genuinely hate women. The amount of vile misogyny in ONE comment section alone is horrific.
I re-read the famous issue where Lois interviews Diana and my point still stands. I can't stand the stupid catty tension and rivalry between them because of their relationships with Superman. Their conversations can't even pass the Bechdel test, much less carry romantic chemistry nitter.gq/RamonaCleese/status/21…
